I couldn't be more pleased with the work that DigMyPics did for our family. We discovered a number of old slide carousels in my mom's basement and wanted to share these family memories. DigMyPics did an amazing job to restore and digitize the slides. I received regular updates on progress of work and enjoyed the ability to see pictures as they worked through the order. I've been able to share these treasured memories with extended family and everyone is pleased at the quality. I have a few more carousels to go through and will definitely use them again.

I was a little skeptical of sending my family slides across the country to be restored and digitalized. However when the discs of the slides were returned to me and I downloaded them onto my computer, I was more than satisfied with the results of DigmyPics. work. Some of the slides were quite faded or damaged and I didn't expect all of the to be recoverable. But you guys were able to restore them to that vibrant deep Kodachrome look . Additionally I had no difficulty downloading the discs to my computer. Thank you DigmyPics for a superb job. I strongly recommend you to anyone needing slides or photos restored and digitalized.

This is actually the third time I am using the Dig My Pics Transfer Service. All three times the final outcome was totally satisfying. The service was fast and the support staff was extremely helpful. I had two rolls of film that were extremely dark and I had never seen them before. Unfortunately dig my pics was not able to brighten the film for viewing, but they told me that I would not be charged for these rolls even though I had asked them to try. Whenever I had a question the response was quick, courteous and acted upon. The DVD's look like I just took them yesterday. The only problems are my mistakes of focus and not enough light. As I said this is my third batch of film and I have another batch being processed as I write this. I also have many old reels from my father-in-law dating back to the early 1950's. The enhancing is fantastic and the price is very reasonable especially when you can once again see the memories of the past brought back that you thought were lost forever. I am very pleased with everything in the VERY EAST PROCESS of having DMP's change my fathers old slides onto DVD's etc. This is my second time dealing with your company and I have been highly pleased both times. I sent in 400 slides from when my parents were newly weds in Germany in the 70s. (a Christmas present for my mom) Needless to say, these slides carry a LOT of sentimental value for me, but I felt like they were in safe and caring hands at digmypics. The customer service was excellent, with regular updates on the process and prompt correspondence. I had a blast looking over all of the slides in progress, which are uploaded live. The colors all came out beautifully in the finished copies (while still retaining the vintage authenticity of the images). All in all, a seamless experience (and both my parents are ecstatic to have them!!) and perfect product.
