Thank you for your prompt and professional service; my images look great. As a visual artist for over thirty years, I have tons of slides of my artwork. I had some very special concerns about the transfer from slide to digital and some questions that I needed answered. Your staff was always helpful and your service exceeded my expectations. For anyone worried about sending your family memories miles away to a photo shop advertising on the internet to be scanned and turned into digital images there is no need to worry. The DigMyPic’s group did an excellent job with my 600 plus slides dating back as far as 1955. The communication and rapid response to concerns was very assuring. I was informed every step of the way. They even sent me an email just to say my shipment had arrived at their location. The turn around time was longer than advertised, but it was addressed prior to it becoming a concern. I fortunately had sent my slides well in advance, so a week or two extra was not a problem. In fact they promised to have my ordered returned to me by Friday the 26th of May. My order arrived yesterday May 17th and was everything promised. I would highly recommend DigMyPics to everyone. THANKS Ward Twining

My wife and I prepared a DVD to honor our son for his High School graduation party. We just got the DVD back from Digmypics yesterday. It was incredible. They did a really nice job of transitioning the photos from picture to picture, doing close ups on some, pull backs on others, moving them from side to side, and synching the photos to the music we selected. We couldn't be more pleased with the quick turnaround service we got from Digmypics on short order, and at a great price to boot. They were about 1/2 of what other competitors we found out there on the web. Thank you so much for a great job, and I know our son's graduation party will be a huge hit with your DVD.

Thank You Thank You Thank You. For years I have stressed about how best to enjoy and archive the color slides taken of my family from 1977 to 1983. The slides were out of order and my projector broken. You provided an easy solution,great service and great communication. I now can enjoy the DVD and will for many years to come.

From the moment that I sent my negatives in until completion, this company has offered expert advise via several emails as well as a telephone call. A bonus - they even provide you with an online link so you can see your finished product prior to delivery. Without a doubt DigMyPics is an absolute joy to do business with.

This will be the second time I've had slides converted to DVD - a total exceeding 1,750 pictures. No one takes the time anymore to get out their slides, projector, and screen, but having them on DVD makes it a wonderful way to share them with family members. We had a large number of old 35mm slides that were deteriorating in quality with age. We wanted to preserve them and were looking for a way to get them onto CD's. I tried scanning them myself, but it was very time consuming and the quality of the finished product was not so good. After some research, I settled on DigMyPics to do the job for me. We have been very satisfied with the whole process and the finished product. The company was very responsive and helpful. They communicated with us often and kept us apprised of the project status. They also made several good suggestions that enhanced the overall experience. We would definately recommend them and will use them again.

We are so excited to be able to see all our old slides from 30 years ago!! We never took out the projector and screen to look at them, and now it's so easy to slip them into the TV. It will revive old memories and remind us of old friends. You did a fabulous job on the 6,743 slides and with a very fast turnaround time. And they came in on my birthday, so my husband didn't even have to shop this year. We will be recommending you highly to any one who is interested in seeing their past. WHEN MY BROTHER FOUND COLOR SLIDES TAKEN IN 1945 THAT HAD GONE MISSING FOR DECADES, THE WHOLE FAMILY WAS SO EXCITED THAT WE DECIDED TO HAVE A CD MADE. WHEN I SUBMITTED THE SLIDES TO YOUR COMPANY I HAD A VERY GOOD EXERPIENCE. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK, TOM, WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST A COMPANY COULD HOPE FOR. When I get my pictures, I hope I can make a more positive comment. Right now I'm not happy. I called your offices on Monday morning, to ask if it were possible to receive my pictures by Friday or Saturday so I can work on my project this weekend. The woman I talked to checked where I was in the queue and told that if I paid for 2-day FedEx that I would get them on Friday or Saturday. According to FedEx, I'm paying 2-day shipping and I won't get them until Monday evening! If you can't do it, don't tell me that you can. And don't state on your website that you'll try to meet special circumstances- it just raised my expectations and now I'm frustrated because I planned my weekend around having those pictures.
