Simply put - I'll be back. From the moment I placed my 35-40 year old 8mm film in an envelope to ship it across the country for transfer to a mini-DV and DVD, to the day of its arrival back to me, the customer service was attentive and top-notch. The quality of the product is superior. A 10 on any scale! Thank you so much.

I've only begun to review the digitized slides, but was overwhelmed by how much of a help the booklet is. It by itself is a marvelous way to remember the history of the family for the period covered and I'm sure will be enjoyed by kids and grandkids for a long time. For anyone worried about sending your family memories miles away to a photo shop advertising on the internet to be scanned and turned into digital images there is no need to worry. The DigMyPic’s group did an excellent job with my 600 plus slides dating back as far as 1955. The communication and rapid response to concerns was very assuring. I was informed every step of the way. They even sent me an email just to say my shipment had arrived at their location. The turn around time was longer than advertised, but it was addressed prior to it becoming a concern. I fortunately had sent my slides well in advance, so a week or two extra was not a problem. In fact they promised to have my ordered returned to me by Friday the 26th of May. My order arrived yesterday May 17th and was everything promised. I would highly recommend DigMyPics to everyone. THANKS Ward Twining

My wife and I prepared a DVD to honor our son for his High School graduation party. We just got the DVD back from Digmypics yesterday. It was incredible. They did a really nice job of transitioning the photos from picture to picture, doing close ups on some, pull backs on others, moving them from side to side, and synching the photos to the music we selected. We couldn't be more pleased with the quick turnaround service we got from Digmypics on short order, and at a great price to boot. They were about 1/2 of what other competitors we found out there on the web. Thank you so much for a great job, and I know our son's graduation party will be a huge hit with your DVD.
