I submitted an order for scanning 2500 slides for a 50-yr family photo-history. I'm very pleased with the quality of the scans, and especially with the prompt, courteous, and thorough manner in which my questions were answered and my complicated instructions were followed. DigMyPics is truly a first class outfit that can be trusted with your slides.

Very pleased with the 4 Album. Very pleased also with the 4 DVDs However I got only 1 Low Resolution CD and 4 sets of High Resolution 2 CD each. I find the High Resolution CDs useless. I am unable to view them except each section individually unlike the Low Resolution CDs Moreover, I am also unable to print any photos. Every time I try the photo comes out larger than the entire page and I am unable to reduce it. Unlike the Low Resolution CD where I can print each photo, at any size of my choosing, with no problem. I'd like to return the High Resolution CDs(4x2) in exchange for 4 single Low Resolution CDS. I reviewed my order and I am unable to find where there is a mention of High Definition Cds as opposed to Low Definition CDs. Thank you for your cooperation.

I had many old slides. Some of them were in pretty bad shape because they were stored in our basement. Dig my pics put them all on a CD and they look great. Now I can print out what I want or Email them to family and friends. Dig My Pics did a great job and in a timely fashion too. About 2 weeks round trip. Plus they kept me informed as to their progress with Emails. I am happy with the results.

I know I'm paying you for this service, but all I can say is Thank You! I now have valuable visual family history that I never had. I've only looked at the results online, my shipment hasn't even arrived. Wow, I don't know what else to say. I have tears in my eyes. Again, Thank you soooo much!!! Brenda

I can't express how much I enjoyed doing business with your company. Not knowing your company but deciding to take a chance with some very old home movies from my childhood, I sent in my pictures praying that I had picked a good company. When I had a question everyone at the company was very nice and went out of there way to help me and when they said that they would return my call, they really did call back. They even called me to ask me a question about my shipping. I am very happy with this company and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you again for helping me preserve my pictures.

DigMy Pics was great. Everything that was promised on the website was delivered! I had found 48 year-old slides while cleaning my parent's home. These were pictures that our family had not seen in years! My sister had never seen a baby picture of herself. Now we have over 400 slides on one CD and can access them anytime we want.

I'm glad I researched all the online photo and film transfer-to-DVD companies before selecting DigMyPics. My wife had just one comment after viewing the DVD of our family's slides taken over a 40 year period.."Fabulous". I second that comment. From the first mouse click onto your web page to the receipt of the CD-ROMs, your company has been extremely professional providing me by e-mail visibility to each stage of the digitizing process and providing the required mailing labels. The quality of the digitized slides and negatives was exceptional. I have absolutely no hesitation in using your company again or recommending your services.

Good morning! I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your company. I sent you my husband’s photos from birth to present to place on a DVD for a gift for his birthday. Here it is a month before the “reveal” and I can hardly keep it a secret. I was very nervous sending photos across the country to a company I didn’t know really existed. The thoughts of them never returning were consuming my head. You kept me informed of the status of the project from the minute you received my order to the minute you sent it back to me.
