I really like the program and answers are always just a mouse click away. Only problem was that my intitial estimate was 5 days then when nothing happened and I emailed I was told 6 days and then after 11 business days the scanning was done and then another day later is was processed to to go. So a 5 business day estimate became 11 days. But I guess it is quicker than sending to India.

Having traveled extensively around the world for over 30 years, I had boxes of slides in my closet. If I wanted to view them, I had to drag them out and put up the slide viewer. No more! Now they are on my Ipad and it brings a smile every time. Worth every penny I spent to have them converted! Thank you!

My father passed away three months ago. He was bitten by the photobug many years ago, long before I was born ('m 48 now). He always took slide pictures to show them with the projector. My sister has come across some carousels of old slides. I decided to send one in to digmypics to get them scanned to digital and share them with family members. I was concerned that something would happen to the slides, get damaged, etc. But I didn't have a way to see them other than hold them up to the light and look at them. With uneasiness, I sent to them in. Digmypics kept in contact with me every step of the way, which was very reassuring. I got a message saying my slides had arrived at their facility, an email when they started working on my order, an email with sample scans they had made, an email when they were almost done, an email when they were done, where I could view them and order the ones I wanted, and an email telling me they were sent. It was really nice being able to order only the scans I wanted as some of the slide were duplicates and I didn't want to pay to have more than one of the same image. The finished images, after scanning and restoring the color from faded yellow was incredible. Many of the images look like they were taken yesterday, even the ones of me as a baby. This was WAY better than I was expecting. I have many more slides and movie film I will be sending in to have processed. Thank you so much for your great service.

I mailed them 1149 slides that my family collected from 1950 - 1990. I just received my slides back as promised along with the dvds and thumbnail booklet. This could have not been done better, at a GREAT price, Great customer service with REAL people -Quickly. I can not say enough about this company. Try them -you will love them. Now I can give family members a real gift - slide show - something everyone would love and made possible by this company!

You have now scanned over 1200 slides for me and your success rate is just about 100%...each scan looks exactly as it did in a slide viewer or on a light table. The 2 scanning services I used prior to you had about a 60 t0 70% percent success ratio. They were considerably cheaper than you, but the old adage, "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more appropriate. I'm sorry that I didn't use you before, but rest assured I'll be coming back to you in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with your work...Thanks again...Andy

I’d like to thank everyone at Digmypics for the exceptional job they performed in transferring our family slides into digital files. After 27 slide carousels of 100 slides dating back to 1956 (that’s approximately 2700 slides!) we now have family history preserved for our children and grandchildren. I was able to keep the slides in their carousel and ship them without having to review each slide. When the order was completed I was able to view and select those slides that I did not want to keep before the order was finalized. The folks at Digmypics numbered each digital image with the carousel volume and the slide position in each carousel. This was a big help to me. Each order was handled quickly with notices along the way to let me know how things were progressing. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to have any media transferred.
