I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have slides scanned and turned into digital media. They communicated with me every step of the way, allowed me to see the scans in progress, delivered the final product in a reasonable amount of time, and followed up to make sure everything worked out fine. I can't say enough great things about this company. Finally, one that emphasizes customer service. I will definitely work with them again!

This is the second batch of slides and the first for converting 8mm video to DVD. And as before you all did a great job with my small order. The slides converted were a joy to see after many years of resting in our hall closet. Still more to do and you can rest assured that more will be coming your way in the future. I like the idea that this was all done in the USA and not sent off half way around the world. Our entire family will now enjoy the views from the past. Thanks again for a great job with no problems at all.

I sent in my first order. In the excitement upon receiving an email with my movie film, in digital form, attached I hit the wrong link and submitted my order. The next business day I called and Michelle was very helpful and understanding. I found out that no real damage done and all worked out well. Thanks

I have used several services to digitize slides and Dig My Pics was by far the best! Some of the pictures looked better in the digitized version than as slides! And the technicians kept them all in order and named them the same names I had named them so I could just enjoy them when they sent them back. I will certainly use them again!!!

Great job and process for digitizing old slides. I bought my own slides to digital machine some years ago, when I got around to using it the software was out dated. Googled Digmypics and it was the best price and looked like great service. Yes, it was. Just sent my second batch and have shared old slide photos with family. Thank You

My Father took lots of slide pictures late 40's through the 60's most in good shape but some of the older ones were in poor shape. Some of these photos are the only pictures I have of some of my relatives. The picture quality literally took my breath away. Viewing the faces of relatives long gone so clearly on my computer screen was quite the experience. I am sending in my second batch of slides and trying out the VHS to DVD service

digmypics made it easy to convert my dad's old family slide collection - taken when it was state of the art technology - so that those family pictures could be shared again with family and Facebook friends. The quality of the slides came through in the scanning and have made for some nice sharing and discussions. Cost seemed competitive with what is out there, and service was great when I needed clarification of issues. I would recommend them, and will be back.

My experience with Digmypics was unique in this age of long phone cues, robo-responses and uninformed Customer Service Reps. Phones are quickly answered by live, courteous Reps that understand their business and have answers to your questions. Process communications were great and the final product was better than expected. An extraordinary experience in a very automated world. Highly recommended to anyone that needs this kind of service.

The staff at digmypics did a wonderful job of converting my 40,50 and 60 year old 8mm film into digital images. The films were so old that it's been 25 years since I've had the nerve to run them through my projector. I can't wait to show them on my large screen tv and get the reaction from my 93 year old mom when she sees my bar mitzvah movie from 1963! When she sees old relatives young again. I'm just thrilled with your work. Thank you!

My father took more than 1000 shots with his trusty Kodak 35 (standard issue for all WWII recon and other photographers). His shots spanned the 40s to 70s. I tried out batches at a few other labs over the years ... with mediocre result. The technology has improved now and the job Digmypics does is the best you will get at a reasonable cost. They have scanned my entire photo library ... slides 50 to 70 years old! The results are better than the originals very professional and helpful staff. All slides were scanned 2500dpi jpg ... after a TIFF test that showed no diff in results. AAA+ in this biz.

One 5" reel plus fourteen 3" reels of movie films sent via FedEx DigMyPics sent update email when films are queue for processing An update email notify in clearing queue for transfer preparation Then when film transfer is completed - received a link fo review, re-organize by drag and drop clips and add titles. All came in a very efficient manner. The digitize transfer came out better than expected for 37 years old color movie films. The USB file downloaded perfectly onto my computer. I will use DigMyPics again, and highly recommend their quality services to others.

I had about 100 black and white negatives scanned. Even though they were in plastic sleeves they had accumulated a great deal of dust. I specifically asked that they be cleaned before scanning. And thankfully they did a great job of removing all the dust which made a big difference. Also the fact that they allowed you to reject 20% of the scans made a big difference because there were multiple negatives at different exposures. There were also a number of outright bad negatives in the strip (blanks, totally overexposed). I was concerned about having to pay for scanning these negatives but they must have rejected them as unusable and they were not included in the final scans. In the end I had just the negatives I wanted. Overall I have been pleased with the service and results. Will use them again. Have more negatives to scan!
