I was really impressed and pleased with exceptional service, quality, and responsiveness. I particularly enjoyed being able to see my film as soon as it was transferred. DigMyPics whole process is terrific -- the updating emails so you know slides have been received, the progress reports, the chance to see images even before they have been "worked on". Most important is of all the outstanding quality of the final images. I have scanned slides myself, with good old Nikon scanner, but in the end DigMyPics output is better. I've used DigMyPics before and my very high expectations were met -- but I'm giving a 5 since it's the top rating. Thank you DIgMyPics

My dad took thousands of Kodachrome and Ektachrome slides dating back to the 1950s. They've been in the basement for decades, fairly well preserved but starting to show color changes. The digmypics team scanned them, cleaned up the scratches and corrected the color. The website is easy to navigate, and it was always completely clear what things were going to cost, and when they were going to get done. All in all it was great service. This was my fourth order and I've always been completely satisfied.

I have had these slides belonging to in-laws for some years. Heard several people recommend your service, on line. I decided to try it, not expecting much since they were close to 60 yrs. in age! Not only was I allowed to see the progress on line, once work was begun, but also allowed to delete any I didn't wish to purchase! They were the best I could expect for age, quality of photographer, etc. and I could also download them to my computer, before I even received the CD! Thank you DigMyPics.com for your wonderful work!! My daughters wedding picture film strips were missing for 14 YEARS!! When they were found they were a TREASURE! I trusted DigMyPics with the job of digitizing these pictures. They were so helpful from beginning to end with all of my questions and concerns! They let me know when they got the film strips, when they started to scan them and I even got to view the pictures AS they scanned them!! AND they did this in a very timely manner!! I was impressed! After I got my order they even made sure the DVD and CD's worked properly and they DID! My daughter and I could not be more pleased!

I just received my digitized slides yesterday in the mail. I could not wait to see them, so my husband and I loaded up the slide show video first and we were truly AMAZED at the GREAT job you did!!! I discovered some 60-year-old 8mm reels and 35mm slides taken of various family members. I only remember seeing them a couple of times when I was much younger--we never owned a projector. Digmypics.com did an excellent job bringing these memories back to life. I shared them with relatives who had never seen them before. It made all of us very happy. The job also included digitization of a favorite VHS tape. We haven't had a VHS player in years, so getting this back on a DVD was great. What an early Christmas present--thanks to Digmypics.com!

I sent about 250 slides for scanning. The process was done in an extremely professional and timely manner. I was kept informed every step of the way. The cost was exceptionally reasonable.
