My first phone contact coupled with the follow up emails provided all the information I needed to implement the process - even after I added an additional disk. The order processing was expeditious and I;m looking forward to their receipt.The entire process has been flawless and smooth and I thank you.

The process was simple (no headaches) and the transfers turned out better than I expected. A lot of people shed tears when they saw what they thought was lost to time. Now others in the family are gathering old super 8 reels for transfer. I highly recommend digmypics.com to anyone with old home movies that are in need of transferring to a digital format.

I had some Vietnam 35mm slides that DigMyPics staff scanned and converted for me. All I can say is that they came out AWESOME! Thank You DigMyPics staff! My order was to convert old 35mm slides. Process was easy to navigate, excellent follow-up by Digmypics throughout process, and the scanned images looked better than I would have imagined for the age of the slides!!! Excellent service - start to finish I throughly recommend Digmypics - I had a ~700 print job to be scanned and sent the pics off all in bundles by year. Kathryn (yes you get to know the name of the person working on your project) took the time to scan then in the EXACT order in my bundles - putting each year in a separate digital folder. I got an email telling me the work had begun and could the progress every day. I was able to download the images when completed and when my prints arrived back, they were all bagged in the original bundles (including the hairbands I'd used when sending them out). My only previous experience of using a service like this was ScanCafe - in relative terms DigMyPics gets a 5star rating - ScanCafe gets a negative 5 star! DigMyPics was better quality, much clearer communication during the process and much more attention to detail. Oh - and by the way I am not being paid to write this :-)

Thank you for a wonderful experience. My mama hasn't seen the slides of her children growing up for many years. My Christmas gift to her is a photo album filled with the slides placed on a CD format by you and then developed into photos by me, that she will enjoy for the remainder of her days.
