I received my order of films that were digitized to DVD. I wanted to thank you for such an awesome job...the DVD's turned out wonderfully and was packaged in a nice protective case along with the safe return of my original's ...and your prices were very reasonable too. I received my DVD without delay. It was so heart warming to see those old movies of my self and my wife and children of so long ago. The pictures are so bright and clear. Digmypics did exactly as advertised. To test thei capabilities I suubmitted an 8mm film, a Super 8 cassette, and a VHS cassette. All were digitized and transferred to DVD's excellently. Service was prompt. Since I was a first time customer, I had several phone conversations with staff to understand how to work with them. All were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. I have many more films and cassettes for Digmypics to transfer in the coming months!!

It took me a while to find somewhere that I thought maybe able to scan my slides to an acceptable level, have had not such good quality scans before from other copying services. I was more than delighted when I saw how the scans had turned out via the download option. Will be sending more for scanning when I can go through the many boxes I have. Very pleased with the scans and also the service given by DigMyPics have provided.

In every respect--from the easy instructions, the speed and professionalism of your staff in processing my order and answering my questions (so wonderful to have intelligent customer service easily accessed by phone), and the high quality of your scanning and photo books--you have exceeded all my expectations.

I sent slides, negatives and prints to digmypics to be put into .pdf format. They did a great job of communicating along the way letting me know how to send the items in, when they received them, when they were done processing, allowing me to review the processed photos, and when the items were shipped. My original items were extremely well wrapped when returned to me, and the quality of the images produced was great. I would recommend digmypics.

It has been a very positive experience making arrangements with Dig My Pics for my photos to be arranged on the DVDs.
