Absolutely don't hesitate to use this awesome company, I was so nervous sending my irreplaceable memories of Family who many are no longer with us, I had a transfer done some years back with another company and it was horrible at best, this company answered all my many questions before sending my job, talked me thru the steps, never put me on hold and finished my order faster then I anticipated! I would give them 10 stars for the awesome job they did for me! I will be sending them more work! also note excellent prices! Great Job!! A+

I was very pleased with the entire process, from the ease of ordering, to the price to the turnaround. My whole family is looking forward to seeing this previously "lost" footage of our family--lost because we had no working projector with which to screen it! Now I can share it with everyone just by uploading it online!

I had many color photos from 1970s that had become faded and discolored despite archival storage in appropriate plastic. They are now digitally dramatically restored and back to what they would have looked like new. If your old photos are becoming faded send them to digmypics. They did a wonderful job. Brings a lot of peace if mind to know they are now digitally stable and i can reprint them if i choose. I will use this company again for more of my old photos. Its possible that i could have done the work myself with aphoto processing software and scanner but for 200 photos it would have taken too many hours.

Wow! You folks know how to run a business. Communication is great and the end product exceeded our wildest expectations! Some of the slides were from the 1950's and were in poor condition. We almost threw them out. But with the digital conversion we plan to hand them of to a museum, hopefully for identification.

Fifty plus year old slides and forty plus film conversion was converted to digital format with incredible clarity and resolution; some pictures seem even better than showing the slides on 35mm projectors back in the day. Thanks for a clear, concise, and user-friendly order interface. I especially like being able to follow progress during the conversion. This is the second time we have used your service; we have recommended it to others in our family. Thank you.

In short, very high quality work by an attentive and helpful staff. There may be a places where you could save a few cents per slide or foot of film. Don't do it. Send it here and get it done right. I sent Super 8 film my dad took of my kids 30+ years ago. I was discouraged when I was editing it because the quality looking through the editor didn't seem very good. Wrong. The result was exceptional. Also the ability to organize and label the sections on line was extremely helpful. Also sent in 500 slides. Again exceptional quality. I didn't think I would want to delete any slides but after viewing on line I ended up deleting more than I expected. And when a few slides were out of order (probably my fault) they were cheerfully and promptly reorganized, no problem. And you can call and talk to them on the phone! Communication was extraordinary (I am running out of superlatives). I couldn't be happier.

What a pleasure doing business with all these people -- questions answered, help available, expectations created and met. I sent off some old film and lots of old slides. The website was clear and helpful in preparing the package, but I still needed more help. And it was available in a timely fashion, more than once - personable and skilled each time. My film produced a usable DVD -- and my 35mm slides came back on a thumb drive which produced color prints from the early fifties which look terrific. Many thanks.

First things first: I am not a person prone to exaggeration. I'm a detail-oriented, pithy type. That being said, I am about to effuse about www.digmypics.com, and every bit of what I say is true, and should likely be amplified by all caps, emboldened, italicized and highlighted writing. But I digress. I would trust this company 100% with ANY treasured family document/photo/slide/whatever, and I have done just that. Twice: once for all the slides/photos of my parents' 50 years of marriage to be converted to digital files/new photos for their 50th wedding anniversary a few years ago, and just recently for 11 VHS tapes I had converted to DVDs. When you use this company, they are with you from the boxing up of all your items (directions and forms are on their website/they have you identify everything in writing), through the shipping, during the conversion (accessible online), and through the return shipment (I even sent my Mom's old slides in a Tupperware container and they returned it!). They are TOP NOTCH. I should add that I sent 11 VHS tapes two weeks ago and already have them back with 11 DVDs. If you convert pictures to a digital format, they will send you those digital files as links (via email/web link), as well as mailing you copies of the photos, if you like. LOVE this company. If I had to box up/mail my firstborn to a company, this is the only company to whom I would entrust such a responsibility (but, no, I'm not doing that - don't worry). They are THAT GOOD. <3
