This is an exceptional company! Communication was excellent and enormously helpful. The friendly, knowledgeable team members guided us and kept us informed by email throughout every step of the process. We received responses to our MANY questions by email in less than 24 hours and immediately if we contacted them by phone. Whether by email or phone, responses were always specific, detailed, and reassuring. Initially, we sent 200 feet of 8mm film in order to acquaint ourselves with the online editing process. We were so pleased with this ‘test drive’ that we immediately sent 75 reels (3700 feet) of Super8 mm film to be digitized and added to our first order. The entire project was a spectacular success! Loved the ability to view, rearrange, and add titles to all 75 reels online, and also the ability to grab snapshots (still images) of video frames by just clicking the camera button on selected frames. These snapshots are included in a separate folder on the DVD. In summary, this company exceeded our expectations! We now have preserved our family memories on beautifully packaged sets of DVDs and also on an external hard drive for safe keeping! We will definitely use Digmypics again in the future and will be happy to recommend them to our family and friends!

Great customer service, they answered all my questions before submitting my order. All was done in a timely manner just as they estimated. My 35mm slides were 53 years old. They had water damage which created some"fuzz" on them. Very pleased with the end results, all but 2 slides (out of 42) were clean and sharp. Would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely don't hesitate to use this awesome company, I was so nervous sending my irreplaceable memories of Family who many are no longer with us, I had a transfer done some years back with another company and it was horrible at best, this company answered all my many questions before sending my job, talked me thru the steps, never put me on hold and finished my order faster then I anticipated! I would give them 10 stars for the awesome job they did for me! I will be sending them more work! also note excellent prices! Great Job!! A+

I was very pleased with the entire process, from the ease of ordering, to the price to the turnaround. My whole family is looking forward to seeing this previously "lost" footage of our family--lost because we had no working projector with which to screen it! Now I can share it with everyone just by uploading it online!

I had many color photos from 1970s that had become faded and discolored despite archival storage in appropriate plastic. They are now digitally dramatically restored and back to what they would have looked like new. If your old photos are becoming faded send them to digmypics. They did a wonderful job. Brings a lot of peace if mind to know they are now digitally stable and i can reprint them if i choose. I will use this company again for more of my old photos. Its possible that i could have done the work myself with aphoto processing software and scanner but for 200 photos it would have taken too many hours.

Wow! You folks know how to run a business. Communication is great and the end product exceeded our wildest expectations! Some of the slides were from the 1950's and were in poor condition. We almost threw them out. But with the digital conversion we plan to hand them of to a museum, hopefully for identification.
