Wouldn't have anyone else touch our precious tapes! Our first experience with digitization was with Legacybox and it was a disaster at best. First, they said it would take 3 months to digitize our tapes and it took them 4 months without even notifying us of any delays. Second, the quality of their transfer was very poor leaving us with shaky, distorted and sometimes, blank videos. Accordingly, we believed that it was the age of our media so we thought it was the best anyone could do. While we tried numerous times to get in touch with Legacybox, all they would do is leave us on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time and when we finally decided to push the button to have them call us back, they never did. When we saw an advertisement for digmypics and noted how much better they compared with Legacybox, we decided to send them the 4 worst tapes to see what they could do with them. Within their commitment of a 10-business day turnaround timeframe we received our Flash drive and hoped for the best. What we received from digmypics was incredible. Their digitization gave us back everything we thought we had lost and more. They were able to capture, with great clarity I might add, portions of videos that Legacybox sent back fuzzy, jumpy and some of the time even blank. We can't say enough about the quality technological workmanship, efficiency and customer service provided by digmypics. As soon as we can, we're going to have digmypics digitize the remainder of our videos and we're already looking forward to seeing all of the footage that was missing from our experience with Legacybox. Trust me when I say that when it comes to digitization, digmypics is in a league of their own!! "Unbeatable"

The slides I took of my Paraguay 1972 expedition were digitized by digmypics and they turned out incredibly good! The quality of the original slides were variable and the digitizing improved every one of them. I am amazed how well they look on our tv and computer. I am 100% pleased with the quality of work and will be sending many more slides to be digitized. Thank you!

Between 2018 and 2024 Digmypics scanned my entire collection of about 11,000 color slides shot between 1960 and 2006 using 35mm Agfacolor, Kodachrome, Ektachrome, and Fujichrome film. I selected Digmypics after trials with four highly rated photo and video processing companies - Digmypics, a large competitor, a boutique laboratory, and a local firm. Digmypics tied with the best on image quality, agreed to adopt my slide numbering system so I could relate scans to slides and notes, processed the slides in the US thus limiting transportation risk, and was reasonably priced for the scope of services offered. The results have been consistently very good. I sent the slides by courier in batches of 20-slide sleeves and they came back in exactly the same position. Not a single slide was ever lost or damaged. The slides were scanned and edited in lossless TIFF format at 3,200 and 3,800 dpi resolution, then copied to JPG for regular use. As scanning progressed I could see low-resolution images online, which allowed me to check that no slides were skipped and the numbering system was correctly applied. I had opportunity to review the final scans before the last payment and delivery. The TIFF and JPG files arrived in USB memory sticks and optional DVDs. Digmypics patiently kept all files until I confirmed that the sticks and DVDs were working well. Throughout the process I enjoyed good email communication with staff, fast and clear replies often from the same person, and easy resolution of any questions. Thanks for excellent service!

Recently I decided that the best way to preserve memories was to have a number of vintage slides transferred to a USB drive to share with nieces and their children. I used this company and was very pleased with the total ease from calling directly for information to receiving the slides and USB back! Can't thank them enough for their helpful staff, the quality of work and communication beginning to end! Will recommend and use again. Flawless!

Extremely impressed how well the quality of the DVDs turned out since the VHS tapes were quite old and was afraid they had lost much of their original quality. You did quite well in restoring them to a DVD and I am very pleased. Plan on using your services in the future for more home movies that need to be preserved. Thank you.

I am extremely happy with digmypics. It is easy to order, quick turn around, videos came out amazing, just like to remember them. Digmypics also kept my informed as to how far into the process they were the entire time. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends or anyone interested in digitizing videos. This is the fourth time I have used Digmypics. This batch consisted of 858 precious Kodachrome slides taken from 1960 to 1966. I paid a tad more to have them scanned at 4,000 dpi for maximum resolution. Digmypics came through again with priceless memories digitally preserved. I really would not trust any other place to hold, process, and safely return the originals and the newly formatted photographs. The quality of the work is unbeatable.

My order was to have kodachrome slides from the 1970s to be placed on a DVD and a zip drive. They turned out great. In particular, I was impressed by the quality of customer support that I received from Digmypics. In the era when it is often hard to get a live person, Digmypics personnel always responded rapidly, thoroughly and courteously. It was greatly appreciated.

A very professional service, I first got an email to clarify my jobs to be sure I wouldn't be charged too much for separate jobs, so they saved money. I got the scans back (with the slides returned, of course) and have been going through them, all high-quality TIFFs and ready for my own pre-processing. They're coming out very nicely.
