I sent in nearly 500 old slides, many from my childhood in the late 50s through early 70s, and many from a European vacation in 1985, take with a new lens with which I was not familiar. I feared I would be very disappointed with the results, but I took a chance, because I knew the slides were only getting in worse condition every year, and I might never even look at them because of all the trouble involved with finding a projector that would work with my cassettes. Long story short, as I downloaded the review slides and tried the "face enhancement" feature, I became convinced that the newly digitized photos would be somewhat better, but still not worth the money. I'm very pleased to say that, as I'm looking at the newly-received pictures in tiff format on my computer, I am extremely pleased with the detail that DigmyPics was able to achieve with their process. The final product is noticeably better than the review pictures (when I received those, the email mentioned that these would be lower quality than the finished product, because they were only for review, after all). I should mention that, in getting to this point, I had several questions about the process, and each question was answered quickly and accurately, and I was not made to feel like an ignoramus. The folks with whom I comunicated were very courteous, and more than happy to answer every question. I am VERY happy and satisfied with my experience, and with these memories that have turned out so much better than I dared hope! I highly recommend DigmyPics!

I told my husband for Christmas I wanted our old VHS turned digital. The movies were in production over the holidays so the timing was perfect to watch all the old stuff! What a hoot it was watching all the old movies!! We all live in different states so sharing the link worked great. We even watched together online. There were movies I had forgotten about. The best part was reintroducing our children to people they didn’t remember. I’m a bit sad I waited so long to do it. But it was so worth it! Thank you memory box for giving us our memories back!

I chose all three downloads for my video archives I haven't watched in 20+ years. I chose my top 6 tapes for starters. Wow! Raw footage of my newborn son 28 years ago, as he grew, family get togethers as time passed and one tape from my former career as a firefighter / paramedic dating back to 1995 - when computer editing first came about - we made productions for the department using the wonderful personnel and their families, similar to what Instagram is today, I suppose. What wonderful memories. Some of the footage on the tapes was messed up - due to the age of the media. Overall DigmyPics provided a service I couldn't have done myself and magically saved the archives. Magnificent job! I'm sending the last of my media archives to sort through and travel down memory lane. Thank you DigmyPics. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 20.

I had boxes of slides left after my parents passed away and no way to see them. I found "digmypics" on line, as they had the best reviews. I am so happy that I found them and was able to save a small amount of my slides. Enough to put in a memory book. They did a great job and got everything back to me in a short time. Thank you soooo much.

I highly recommend using digmypics! I had them transfer 26 video tapes (in 3 different formats) and 3 audio tapes. The video tapes were from 1992-2011 and the audio tapes were from 1973(!) - 2002. They did a wonderful job. When they were finished, they sent me a flash drive as well as download links so I could view and download before the flash drive arrived. On a couple video tapes that were degraded, they clearly explained the issue after attempting multiple times. They also clearly labeled each tape so I could cross reference what I thought was on the tape to what was in the digital file. I would definitely use them again...price was reasonable, they were very friendly and responsive, and, most importantly, I have digital videos that I could share with my family across the country.

First, it's important to know I've scanned over 20,000 photos using numerous devices over the past 15 years. I came across a large stack of photos (300) and just decided it was time to try the 'let others do it' approach. I chose Digi because of their reviews and pricing. They shipped the box and packing labels to me. I packed it and off it went. I received updates at every stage. They were returned to me (digitally first) and via mail for my originals. The digitals are high quality, the enhanced colors and adjustments were very good. From start to finish it was a very good experience. It is a bit 'costly' unless you start factoring in the time it would have taken to do it by yourself. I sent a few extra which resulted in added expense - make sure you accurately count your photos as the additional scans are not inexpensive. I'd rate the service and quality as a 5 star and will almost certainly use them again.
