I submitted 315 35mm slides dating back as many as 60 years. The results were so good that I ordered all of them. The entire process was smooth and simple. The staff is informed and courteous. This company did everything that they promised. Iam very impressed and quite happy with the finished product. Much more than I expected. 100% satisfied.

Communication from the very first beginning was simply excelent, at all times was I kept aware of the material sent, alternatives to chose, costs, to be able to make informed decisions as I went along. A very pleasant experience, always up to date, friendly messages, very helpful, and last, but not least, the quality of the fotographic material, the packing, shipping and presentation was simply fabulous. At this time, I sent about 2,000 photos, I have about 6,000 more. Slowly every few months I will continue to do them in batches. I never would have thought it would be as easy to have the slides of my artwork digitized as it turned out to be. Everyone I worked with at Digmypics was able to answer my many questions and assist with each step of the process. I received the finished digitized material back very quickly and everythig looked wonderful. I paricularly like having the book of the thumbnail images to refer to. I have no hesitation in submitting future projects to their capable hands.

Since this was my fourth or fifth order I expected everything to go smoothly. It didn't happen that way this time. The processing cycle took at least a day longer than I expected but I could live with that. My disappointment stems from the images not being posted on digmypics expo or transferred to picasawebalbun. I did receive my pictures today so that partially makes up for not having them online. This company and their staff is very professional and the turn around time couldn't of been faster. We sent our old, ripped and damaged photos in to be color corrected and scanned they did a super job. The DVD's we received were professionally created and is a joy to watch for our family. They returned our original photos which were carefully handled. They offer a great service for your slides also, but they do so much more and you speak and email with real people. You won't go wrong here.

I have used digmypics now for several batches of 35mm slides after trying one other scanning service and being unsatisfied. Digmypic's processes are very easy to work with and their response time is much better than the other service I tried. They responded quickly and are anxious to please with personal contacts by their scanning editors on the adjustments to the initial scan needed to meet my preferences for contrast and saturation levels.

For the longest time I was trying to figure out how to get my old slides scanned, and then downloaded on my computer. There were several options, most of which I disappointingly dismissed. Then someone told me about DigMyPics. With a sense of guarded optimism, I packed up 15 of my old slides and sent them off to you. Wow! The digital images I got back far exceeded my expectations! When I told people that the images were my 20 year old slides that DigMyPics has scanned, they couldn't believe it! Great Job! My next order is on it's way.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY...My father recently passed and we found all of these old negatives and slides. I went on the internet and found Dig My Pics. I contacted them and filled out the info the best I could and sent the negatives.They emailed me with info and when I did not answerright away they called. he woman was so helpful and explained why the DVD was a better idea. She helped me with the choices and when I got the DVD back I was overjoyed. They are fast, professional and I will have this wonderful remeberance of my family forever. I can make photos from it or play it on my DVD player and my computer.

I did receive back my negatives(+DVD!)in good order and within the promised turn-around time. The quality of the scans is excellent and I also want to compliment you on the way you've set up the communication with yr clients. Being kept up-to-date with the progress of the processing and the system for the selection of the images via yr website, are both 1st class.
