I am completely thrilled that Divine Providence found this service facility for me to have my parents slide collection transferred to DVD. I think with all that was involved, the price was very reasonable. Every single person that I spoke with was completely patient and understanding about any concerns that I might have. Kelsey should get a "gold star". I will definitely recommend "DigMyPics" to everyone. Not only that, they will recommend someone to help you, if they can't solve the problem. For years I had been trying to locate someone that could develop this out dated movie film from 1978 that I had. If ever I need this service again, I will come straight to "DigMyPics". I never had digitized pictures of my wedding or of my boys when they were babies. I now have them and I can't stop looking at them! You did a great job. The pictures are clear and sharp. I know people worry about mailing their pictures for them to be scanned, but this is my second experience with digmypics.com and both times have been effortless. You've kept me up-to-date on the progress of my job and let me know when I would receive them back. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and would recommend your services to anyone. Thanks!

Digmypics has their act together. They do a good job scanning (in my case slides, they communicate thoroughly with the customer,they provide a range of services and options that one can take or leave, they scan your media here in America and they do all of this for a fair price. They have now scanned over 3,000 of my lifelong collection of 12,000+ slides and I trust them to do a great job on the next 9,000. Seems like an old-fashioned company in terms of real customer service offering a new service, a very good combination.

Doing business with Digmypics was what everyone hopes for when selecting a vendor through the internet. They did exactly what they said they would, they did it just a bit faster than they said they would do it and it cost just what they said it would. They were responsive and very easy and quick when we needed to communicate. Great, personalized service on my order. I highly recommend them!

I admit to being hesitant to handing over irreplaceable 40-year old family 35mm slides to a company in another state for digitizing, but I was thrilled with the entire experience from beginning to end. Once I placed my order, any question that I had was answered quickly -- by a human being -- either over the phone or via e-mail. I could keep track of my order step-by-step online and when my slides were scanned and uploaded to the Digmypics web site, I was floored by how well they turned out. But what really made this the one company that I will always turn to for digitizing my memories was when a GIGANTIC and unexpected expense hit my family before I could complete my order. I contacted customer service and they gave me as much time as it would take to pay my balance and complete my order. Granted, it only took an extra two weeks, but they COULD have been nasty about it. They weren't. As soon as I ordered my final scans (deleting 40 pics that I didn't want), I received both my DVDs and my original slides in pristine condition in a matter of four days. Amazing. The quality of the scans are incredible and my memories are completely protected. And I was able to easily order a copy DVD for both my sister and brother for birthday presents this summer. SWEET!!! Outstanding work. I was so pleased that I have already put together a 200-slide order with digmypics for my ex-wife of her year as a foreign exchange student in Belgium and Rome back in 1979. She is getting her Master's degree in August and that will be a nice gift from her ex to show how proud I am of her. She doesn't know that her slides were in the bottom of a box that I got when we separated. She thinks that they were lost forever. If those slides turn out as nice as my slides, she will be thrilled.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my order. The slides I submitted for conversion to digital media were taken during the period 1961-1971. They had been tucked away all these years until we realized it was time to bring them to life. Most of the pictures are of our daughter during her early childhood. The service was great, and the several updates and progress reports were reassuring. The one thing I did not like was the high shipping charge that had not been disclosed until after all was done, to the best of my knowledge. It added about 30% to my bill. I was supprised, disapponged, and not encouraged to use this service again.

This was a very happy first experience with digmypics! I sent about 300 pictures of my kids' early and middle childhood, some of them not in great shape. From the start, they were treated with highly professional respect; communication about them was excellent, and every step in restoring and digitalizing them was not just clear but reassuring. I'm astounded at the quality of the results, and grateful that their integrity was preserved, not affected by too much "improvement."

I found 7 old 8mm family films from 1948-1951 that my wife never new existed. I sent them to digmypics to put on DVD to surprise her. Digmypics had great communications with me, telling my their perceptions of the films and the quality or lack thereof of the originals. I was able to preview the scanned films before buying them. Even though the films are poorly exposed and shaky they are priceless! Money could not buy these memories and it was only digmypics that I would trust with them! Digmypics far exceeded my expectations with their care and handling of the films. I will be sending my own films there!

Digmypics did an awesome job of reviving our old negative of our favourite shot of our boat under full sail. The negative is at least 20 years old and we thought any picture we could get from it would be fuzzy and yellow. I don't know what you did but Independence looks fabulous!
