The people here are both technically expert and have excellent customer service skills. They took my rather haphazard collection of images and made them beautiful. They even transferred an almost 75-year-old reel of family film to digital. I can't wait to show this to the rest of the family. Every time I had a question, they answered (I prefer email) very quickly and completely - I never felt I was getting a form letter. I can't recommend them enough!

Another fabulous job by digmypics! I had a huge box of negatives, some more than 30 years old and many beginning to break down. Put them in a box, sent them off and now I have the complete set digitized. The job was so enormous I had to admit I would never have tackled it myself, let alone do the fine-tuning of color etc. that the pros do. For those who say, oh, just hang on to the negatives, I would say, first, after a point they begin to deteriorate, and second, wouldn't it be great to actually see the images again, reprint them, make an album etc., instead of having them sit in a box? I'm grateful to have such a great company as a resource!

My husband's biggest complaint has been that he only had 2 pictures from his childhood. Well his sister discovered some in a stack of slides that no one ever looked at. So I came across your website and the easy to follow instructions, plus I knew in advance what the slides converted to digital would cost. You kept me informed, I viewed the pictures on line and was able to delete a couple that I decided not to keep. Easy. I am going to recommend you to my sister-in-law as she has more slides in that stack she found.

Your work is outstanding. The slides you scanned for me were over 50 years old. They look great. I was hesitant at first to send them to you due to their age and fear of losing them. You took great care of them packaging them back into their boxes and rubber banding the torn boxes. Some of the original slides were "washed out" with too much light. You made them look better than they looked projected. Thank You,

I had some very old family slides that were glass-mounted and somewhat useless. I sent them to DigMyPics to have them scanned and I am extremely pleased with the job they did!!! If ever I have a need in the future or an opportunity to recommend their services, I will. Thank you so much, Kay

For years I've been the keeper of my families 35mm slides. They took up quite a bit of space in their carousels and they were getting more faded by the year. I placed them all into a couple shoeboxes and Digmypics made images of all 2200 of them. I was able to weed out about 400 bad ones and now I have all my images on two DVDs that will not fade. Digmypics service was excellent. Their website allowed me to follow the progress of my order and they sent messages when appropriate. I would certainly do business with them again.
