I had 24 roles of APS-C negative film (over 400 images) converted to JPEG files. Digmypics' services were, from start to finish, very user friendly and informative with progress updates, cost details and options for additional services clearly described. The ability to reject up to 20% of the digitized images is a cost-saving option. Everything was done as advertised. There were a very few pictures with a couple of dust specs showing up on pictures with lots of clear blue sky but they were easy to remove using photo-editing software. Except for the dust specs, Digmypics gets my highest praise.

Thank you for helping us with a really big 8mm film transfer project -something my brothers and I have wanted to do for some time. We appreciate how your company pays extra attention to detail and also how you take special steps to protect and respect our "priceless pictorial treasures". All of mom and dad's reels of film are now digitized and will be presented to them as a gift for their 60th Wedding Anniversary next month. Films dating back to the early 60s look wonderful now in their digitized form and in places where we could only see black on our little viewer, you recovered images! Thank you!! I LOVE the online preview capability your company offers and also appreciated your friendly and super helpful staff. Will definitely use DigMyPics for future projects!!!

I check and reviewed a lot of websites and major photo stores regarding my old family slides ---YOURS was the most informative with a'behind' the scene website. DIGMYPICS, was quick with each response, pricing awesome and the final product turnout awesome --- Would I 'change' anything ---no way ! I received my converted slides today and I am extremely happy with how they turned out. I'm especially impressed with the way you enhanced them. Some of the photos I sent were so dark I couldn't see the image and when you returned them the image was very clear. These photos were 40 years old and it looks like they were taken yesterday. Our family slides were over 60 years old. I am so happy with the results from having them done by digmypics. Now everyone in the family has a copy and can view them when ever they want to. I want to thank you for doing such a terrific job on digitizing my 36 negatives that I took in August 1972 of a concert by Looking Glass and Poco on the Washington Monument grounds. I was the Epic Records promotion manager for the Mid-Atlantic and broke "Brandy" by Looking Glass in DC. I have a gold record for doing it and after 40 years, I am going to reunite with Elliot Lurie, the lead singer and writer in a couple of weeks. One of the pictures is of me and Elliot with the rest of the band. Obviously, these photos have great sentimental value. The final product is superb, and your customer service is fantastic. I like that you kept me updated through the process and I could see your progress as you posted the pictures online for me to review. I also appreciate that when you sent the CD, you also sent an email with detailed instructions on how to load them into IPhoto on the MAC. It would have been frustrating without them. I would highly recommend your company for all your services based on my experience and look forward to sending you more work in the future.

I would like to say how incredibly pleased I am with the results from your company. I have a collection of slides from my family that date back over 60 years! They have been stored in boxes and I had no idea how they would turn out, once digitized. They are absolutely wonderful and any blemishes on the slides are easily cured with some Photo Shop magic. I am extremely happy with the results from start to finish. I received e-mails during the process and even some preliminary results to view. I have printed some of the photos and they are incredible. To be able to preserve all those old memories is going to be priceless. Heads up, I have hundreds more to send after I go through them!
