I had not used DigMyPics until recently. I found their ordering process for 35mm slide scanning to be easy to work through. I have sent two separate small shipments (250+ slides each); one in August the second in September. The August shipment was mishandled by FedEx and was missing for four weeks. When it finally arrived at DigMyPics it was found to have been severely damaged with 17 slides in need of remounting and one damaged beyond recovery and the slides in fairly disorganized order. The folks at DigMyPics went to work immediately to avoid further lost time and were able to provide us with high quality results on the entire shipment save the damaged slide. The second shipment arrived without incident and was turned around to us in very good time with high quality results. DigMyPics is a service we will continue to use for all our slide scanning needs. Great technicians and great people providing great service.

We are extremely pleased with the over 1860+ slides that you copied for us. All of the slides are viewable and the ones that were dark were able to be lighted in order to see the pictures. We also appreciate that you make booklets to correspond with the number on the slide so we are able to go directly to the slide that we wish to upload. I've sent in 2 orders consisting of 50 year old (really bad) 8mm films. The films have been cleaned up and transferred to dvds and are really great. I received emails every day or two letting me know the stage of the work and got the dvds back in a really short time. The personal attention to my order and the fast service are amazing in this day and age. I would recommend this company to anybody with vintage films that they would like to preserve.

I have a project of digitizing about 6,000 family photos out of a collection of around 24,000 covering the 65-year perios from 1948 to 2013. So far, about 4,000 have been digitized by Digmypics. They have done an outstanding job, adjusting color and sequencing the titles and photos in chronological order. This has been a complex project, and their attention to detail has been outstanding. I look forward to completing the digitalization of the remaining roughly 2,000 photos.

digmypics did a wonderful job on my slides! I had not seen my family slides in almost 30 years due to them being stored away and the trouble of having to dig out the slide projector and finding a place to view the slides. I now have my favorite slides on a CD that I can view at anytime. My slides were beginning to deteriorate with a few beyond much repair but digmypics did a fantastic job of cleaning, coloriztion and clarity with these slides. I am able to now use some of these pictures in my Family Tree book. Thank you so much for your expertise and making this preservation of family memories affordable. I HIGHLY recommend digmypics to anyone looking to restore their slides!

I grew up in the 1960s and '70s, and my parents took oodles of slides, all of which were stacked in boxes in the library closet. Searching online, my brother found DigMyPics.com. Thanks to the recommendation by National Geographic, and the option to delete up to 20% of the slides we sent in without paying for them, we took a leap of trust and sent in all 1500 slides. And are we glad we did! A wonderful experience from the get-go. Slides were handled carefully, cleaned up and processed in a timely manner, and we were always kept informed of the status of our order.

The technicians were always available to talk me through the process, explain what they were doing, make changes at my request, keep me informed about the progress of my order, and send me preliminary displays to check.
