Just finished viewing and downloading converted slides from the "best years of our life" in the 60s and 70s. With no other way to view them without buying a projector, I was going to toss them out. I read about your service and decided to try it out. Being able to see the slides, edit ones I didn't want and then download them was a lot of fun and a real treat and worth every penny! What a marvelous experience!!! My mother found a box with home movie reels from the mid 1960 and gave them to me. I never though that they could be saved and restored. I found about Digmypics in the internet and I made the decision to send them the movies (Since I thought the movies were lost I decided to take a chance). Best decision of my live!!! they kept my informed on every step they took with my movies, since they got them through all the process. It took just few days to digitize the film and the quality is out of this world. Thanks for saving my history!!! I look forward to continue using your services.

I'm a very happy repeat customer. First with hundreds of 60 yr old slides converted to CD's. This time with 50 yr old Super 8 movies converted to DVD's. Fabulous: I searched a long time to locate a company that was able to transfer my 8 mm reels that dated back to 1940. The final product was like the film was almost new.The quality is something like I never expected.Now the second and third generations will be able to see their family they never knew. I normally would not write a testimonial because I often wonder if they are true and from real people. However, the quality of service I received recently compels me to say that I would recommend the services of this company without reservation. From start to finish the process was clearly explained and easy to follow. I received prompt notifications and replies to inquires. Service was swift. I will go so far as to say that in this day and age, I was entirely surprised to work with a company, via the mail order process, that provides such exceptional quality of service. I sent you almost 800 slides in groups that I wanted put into folders. All slides went into the proper designated folder. The quality of the scans was just great - far better than I even hoped they would be. I compared my results which came in about one week after they received them to a friend who sent about 1000 slides to a company who sent them to India for scanning. His results took MUCH longer and about 30 slides were lost or destroyed. Maybe they were culturally offensive? Now I am rounding up my many paper photos to send for scanning. You restored an 8mm, 400 foot reel of a vacation with my kids in 1974. The only way I could preserve that was to make a VHS tape on a gadget I purchased in the 1980's. It was awful. Not well focused, washed out color, and small size that could not be enhanced. Your restoration of my 40 year old movie was superlative. The detail, the ability to 'size' it on the computer screen, and your excellent service was all I needed to send you the second reel of that trip as soon as I viewed the first results.

This magic they performed despite age blurred images, all that remained from the original tape, now been reborn in the DVD as those vital sharp people originally filmed. I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to work with Digmypics.com! They did a really fine job digitizing my parents old slides!
