It is great to have finally found a company that will do quality work in digitizing the large quantity of slides we have accumulated from our world travels. Dealing with DigMyPics has been a real pleasure. What a first-class company. They are very customer oriented and have exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The quality of their work is outstanding, and communicating with them was very easy.

We are just amazed with the results you achieved with our order! The 700 slides we sent you dated from the 1950's to the 1990's and many were of poor quality, discolored or dirty but the digital images are wonderful! We have had such fun looking at these 50 years of memories with our kids and grandkids. I'm really glad I got the proof book to make it easier to find certain pictures. I researched many options for digitizing over 4,000 slides, medium and large format negatives of family pictures from the 1940's to the 1980's. This was a significant investment of time and money to preserve 3 generations of family history. I decided on digmypics after receiving a very through and timely response to an initial email inquiry as well as a number of follow-up emails with answers to my questions. Their process is well thought out, efficient and kept me in the loop from the day I placed the order/shipped the 30 lb box of memories, through the scanning and QC process, finalizing the images via a very easy to use web interface, and finally getting everything back exactly when promised in perfect condition. The quality of the scans are perfect too, dust removal, color balance, exposure, etc... I am amazed how quickly my order was completed (over 4,000 hi-res scans done in my hands in a little more than 3 weeks). I highly recommend them and will absolutely be a repeat customer for my next project of all my color negatives... Thanks!

I would like to thank all members of "digmypics " team for their care , response , and above all their high technical work on my films. The one mistake I have made is ordering shipping via FedEx. ....They took a long time to deliver it to my house, While it took only two days when I have shipped my films to you via others

For decades, my closet has been filled with carousel trays of slides, plastic sheets of slides, boxes of slides. Every year brought another New Year's resolution to do something about this, eliminate duplicates, toss extras, cull mercilessly. But every year I did nothing. Finally, DigMyPics helped me to bring order out of chaos!! My wife and I meticulously went through tray after tray, projecting them all from the ancient slide projector, enjoying the memories, then selected the best, tossed the rest (who needs 200 slides of the Grand Canyon?). My phone and on line discussions with DigMyPix convinced me this was doable, so from 5000 slides, I selected my prime 800 (children's pix, travel pix, arty farty pix), sorted them into labeled groups, FedEx'd them off, and waited for the queue to clear. Soon enough, I was able to view my slides now digitized on line. Amazing! But even more amazing is the quick and professional work DigMyPix brought to this endeavor. Soon enough, I got a printed catalog of thumbnail images, along with 2 DVDs that held these priceless (to me) images. I've now downloaded them onto my computer and have been sending them out to friends and family. Images are crisp, clear, organized. Though I had option of deleting ones not wanted, I think out of the 800, I eliminated maybe 10. All were that good! DigMyPics is everything their website says it is--they're helpful, professional, available, communicative. My closet is clear. The albatross around my neck has been removed. Once again, I can enjoy the images, revisit the past, marvel at the passage of time, breathe easier knowing the images are preserved and accessible. The digmypics folks do an amazing job. I have used their service for the last two years and really appreciate their help to get my grandfather's old slides and negatives scanned and digitized. This time I downloaded the pics right from digmyips to my computer and that worked great. Of course I also got the backup DVD too! Thanks!

The Stones' "Can't Get No Satisfaction" does NOT apply to DigMyPics! All of the 500 slides I sent came back true and clear. I was very statisfied with them. In the next few days I will send about a hundred of them to the website, "Racing Sprorts Cars" for inclusion in their archives on Le Mans. I recommend DigMyPics unreservedly, and plan to send more slides to them in the future. It's very important to me these memories be transferred to a current medium.

I am so very grateful to digmypics. The company noticed that my package containing photos to scan had not arrived in a reasonable time, and digmypics alerted me to start a search. Thanks to them, I was finally able to locate the misplaced package which contained invaluable pictures from my parents' lives.

Dear Digmypics: Now that the children have all received their digital photo frame gifts with the discs you prepared, I wanted to write and tell you how excited they all were to get them and how pleased we were with your service. Turning old family slides into something the children can view any time they wish is wonderful. They were all surprised to learn there were pictures on the discs due to your careful work in removing the discs from the packaging and then returning them.
