I recieved great advice, I'm afraid computers are a bit above me and I wasn't sure of what I should get as far as discs or a stick. I spoke with a real person several times I knew what I wanted and they ecplained what I needed to order, they took the time to help and explane it all to a 70 year old woman and didn't seem to mind if I took up alot of thier time. I got great service and a beautiful product on my old 8 mm and super 8 movies and slides. The pictures were irreplacable since they were from the 50's and 60's and most of the participants have since passed. A couple of the films were so bad we had no hope of ever seeing them again. The spline holes had all been ripped out, the color had faded, the film itself was 'crinkley' but when we got them back they were great. No skipping, no breaks just great memories. I was told it could take some time to get them back, since it was the 'busy time of the year' but lo and behold, my pictures came early. I am very pleased and I have told several pleople and will continue to do so. Now I am looking for more old memories to send in for preservation. To say I am pleased is an understatement. To watch my family and friends is to keep the time and people alive again. Thank you

At every step of the way, someone for digmypics communicated with me about when my pictures arrived, where they were in the process, and when they were sent. When I asked if the orange tone on sixty year-old slides I sent could be reduced, digmypics worked hard to greatly diminish this orange tone. This company did a superb job for me in every way. Gail

Just received my order in the mail this afternoon. Very pleased with your professionalism. You did all that was promised and more. You brought back to life negatives stored in a dark corner of my closed down darkroom. I'm putting together a box of 35mm slides & negatives. For such an odd size of negatives and small order of 24. The turn around time was really quit fast. Your costs of transforming my memories is very reasonable too. Thank you Mike Bowser

I received my order of 600 35mm slides which you processed on a DVD this week. These treasured family pictures dating as far back as 60 years are now being shared with my 11 brothers and sisters and their children. I wanted to let the team at digmypics know - how happy I am with my scanned slide order. The scanned slides look AWESOME. I work in the graphic design field and understand all about image resolution and color correction. Your slide scanner has worked wonders on the images from the 1960's. And the color correction has given a "just taken yesterday" feel to the images. I have a few more slides that didn't make it to my first order, that I will be sending soon. I just want to say what a great experience it was dealing with your company. From the moment I got on your website to receiving my discs, the customer service was exceptional. We never believed the long lost and forgotten 8 millimeter tapes could be reproduced so extraordinarily well! We are thrilled to have a copy of the only film taken on our wedding day nearly 40 years ago! Thank you so much.

What a surprise, to see the finished product. We always wanted to convert our old super eight film. We didn't have much hope that the films would even convert to something that was visible. We sent our first small film as a test to see if it would be worth the effort. Before we sent the film. We played back on our old projector. We knew how bad the condition of the film, but gave it try. We were shocked how great it came out. It is not HD, but you can't expect that with the quality of what we sent. It is of good quality and now it is hopefully saved from being lost. We are sending all of our Super 8 film to be converted. Thanks so much for helping us save these memories. Great work.

Film transfer was good. Thought I could eliminate unwanted footage but only at reel level. Some of my reels were 400 ft so I could not edit out material. Captions also limited to reels. System worked well and I was able to view material before transfer. Status information was excellent. Satisfied overall.
