Wow! A couple years ago I reworked thousands of slides of mine that were taken from 1961 to 1990, often frustrated at throwing out many for the mold on them, and dissatisfied with the results of my using hand blowers and film cleaner on them. I did the best I could with the iPhoto editing features on my Mac Mini computer, and thought I had done a pretty good job with the few hundred that made the cuts. But my wife, Sally, dug up about two thousand slides her farm family had taken in the late 60s, we culled them down to 327, and sent them to DigMyPics. What we got back were about 280 really sharp pictures of a very special agri-family, obviously with basic work-ethic values, but also with a hankering to travel! We have laughed ourselves silly over the many "American Gothic" scenes, but marveled also at how far and wide were their travels. Sally, now 65, had visited 45 states before she graduated from high school! A 70 page iBook we produced on Sally's MacBook Air is being sent to her older brother Randy, who took most of the pictures.

I recently had you do a second set of 35mm slides for me. The digital images are excellent and I am more than pleased. Working with you and your system has been easy and pleasant. I am immensely satisfied and would be happy to recommend Digmypics. Having edited over 8,000 slides down to about 1,500 I can now actually see them again. Yesterday I donated the projector, dalite screen, slide sorter, 6 metal storage boxes and 20 carousels to the Thrift Shop. When my son suggested I try Digmypics for some archival family slides, I had low expectations. Everything I'd read about other companies had led me to believe that I would pay a lot, wait a long time, and perhaps be satisfied -- if my pictures weren't lost. Nothing could be farther from the truth with Digmypics. Service was personal, with my questions answered quickly and clearly via email and phone from start to finish. Service was fast, only 8 business days from when I put the slides in the mail to when I downloaded the finished images onto my computer. They did predict a slightly faster completion date than they acheived, but they still came in within the window I had originally expected when I sent them off. The pictures were crisp, clear and clean -- although the slides were over 40 years old and not particularly well cared for over the years. The price was fair (although it would have been better had I had more slides), and I felt that the staff shepherded my work along with a professional and personal touch from start to finish. I will definitely do business with Digmypics again, and hope they maintain their standards as their business grows, which it is sure to do.

Great service. I had 50 year old 35mm slides that I didn't know what to do with. I was a bit hesitant on shipping the slides to an unknown supplier but it was worth it. The handling of the slides was great and the final output was terrific. I have all the images on a CD which I can now make copies of. I would highly recommend.

When I found a box of old slides and negatives in my mom's closet, I knew I had found a treasure. So many memories! But too tiny and unclear to really see or share. So I tried to find a local film developing place to turn them into pictures. I quickly became frustrated. No one had the equipment to help me any more. So I turned to the Internet and found Digmypics It was a little scary to send the precious old negatives in the mail, but I have been so pleased! They took my unusable materials and turned them into beautiful digital images, and returned all the originals in great conditions! My family has really enjoyed sharing the memories rediscovered my Digmypics. Thank you so much!!

I have used digmypics. twice so far and will definitely be using them again. I really appreciate the wide variety of options available for scanning of my old film and slides. In addition I really value the communication after they have received my order so I know where it is and what is happening at all times. I recommend them to all my friends.

I recieved great advice, I'm afraid computers are a bit above me and I wasn't sure of what I should get as far as discs or a stick. I spoke with a real person several times I knew what I wanted and they ecplained what I needed to order, they took the time to help and explane it all to a 70 year old woman and didn't seem to mind if I took up alot of thier time. I got great service and a beautiful product on my old 8 mm and super 8 movies and slides. The pictures were irreplacable since they were from the 50's and 60's and most of the participants have since passed. A couple of the films were so bad we had no hope of ever seeing them again. The spline holes had all been ripped out, the color had faded, the film itself was 'crinkley' but when we got them back they were great. No skipping, no breaks just great memories. I was told it could take some time to get them back, since it was the 'busy time of the year' but lo and behold, my pictures came early. I am very pleased and I have told several pleople and will continue to do so. Now I am looking for more old memories to send in for preservation. To say I am pleased is an understatement. To watch my family and friends is to keep the time and people alive again. Thank you

When I asked if the orange tone on sixty year-old slides I sent could be reduced, digmypics worked hard to greatly diminish this orange tone. This company did a superb job for me in every way. Gail

Just received my order in the mail this afternoon. Very pleased with your professionalism. You did all that was promised and more. You brought back to life negatives stored in a dark corner of my closed down darkroom. I'm putting together a box of 35mm slides & negatives. For such an odd size of negatives and small order of 24.
