They were great at communicating throughout the process: when I was researching their company on the web and on the phone, when they received my order, as they were digitizing the slides, giving me access to the images so that I could delete some, and finally in notifying me when they had shipped the DVD and my slides back to me. The color correction and dust removal was very well done. I recommend Digmypics highly!

This is the second time we have used your services. As expected, you provided exceptional quality from start to finish. Your instructions were excellent. You held our hand the entire way - we always knew where our order was. You recognized the importance to us of maintaining knowledge of where our "once in a lifetime" pictures were. The quality was top notch: cropping, color correction, minimal dust and debris. You scanned and labeled the photos exactly as we delivered them to you. Had 28 reels taken in the 1960s transferred. My father and the movie camera were not a team. Even though many of reels were not in great focus to begin with, I still am pleased. I can see our children when they were very young and that is priceless. Occasionally Dad did well and that makes the transfer worthwhile. It was great to be able to view the movies and add captions. Thank you.
