Had 28 reels taken in the 1960s transferred. My father and the movie camera were not a team. Even though many of reels were not in great focus to begin with, I still am pleased. I can see our children when they were very young and that is priceless. Occasionally Dad did well and that makes the transfer worthwhile. It was great to be able to view the movies and add captions. Thank you.

The fine people at digmypics.com wildly exceeded my expectations on this project. They have transformed a forgotten box of 8mm home movie film reels into a collection of video files that can be enjoyed on any of my digital devices. The quality of the video is fantastic. I worried that after years in storage the outcome might be disappointing but my fears were completely unfounded. The customer service was equally outstanding. Digmypics.com communicated every step of the way, from order placement, to receipt of the films,to the online approval of the finished videos, I knew the status of the project and what to expect at all times. Profuse thanks for the job your staff did in digitizing the 1,000+ slides I submitted. Many were from the 1960s and were precious family photos that we wanted to maintain for posterity. The final result was superb and just what I wanted. Communication from your staff at the various steps along the production process was also perfect. Staff asked the right questions and even saved my some money. A second order will be headed your way in a couple of months, once I have my initial sorting complete. You folks perform a valuable service in moving my slides from Kodachrome to digital format. I am most appreciative. Most impressive is the fact that the price of getting this large job completed was reasonable.

We are making a HS Graduation slideshow for my son. He was born just before digital cameras became the norm so we had lots of hard copy pictures that we needed in E form.Also all of his annual school pics, professional pictures sports pictures etc. Digmypics did a fantastic job. Everything was done quickly and turned out just as we had hoped. I was never worried about my originals. We can now take all the "old" pics and add them to all my digital ones to make a great power point to show during his graduation party this Spring - thanks digmypics - worth every penny !!

I was nervous about finding a company to redo my slides, but from the very first call to ask questions, I was sold on digmypics. Just wanted to put in my 2 cents here, and say, great job DigMyPics! Everything turned out terrific, my bundle of slides, 35mm negatives, and 6 priceless VHS videos were nicely transformed to digital and put onto DVD's, and everything got to the company and back safely without getting lost, due to the FedEx tracking system. Nice job! I'm currently going through the next box of old media on my shelf to send in a second batch. I have been putting off this project for about 20 years!
