After original plans of scanning 1500 photos myself, and then realizing the amount of time it would take, I sent my photos off to DigMyPics! They did an absolutely fantastic job, including additional work near the end of the job. My photos came back to me neatly organized in archival boxes, the DVD's had no mistakes on them, and the Photo albums are a great tool for an quick overview of all those photos. I would never have gotten around to scanning 25 years of photos and truly appreciate the expertise and excellence that all the people at DigMyPics demonstrate. This was well worth the money, as now I have a digital library and able to safely store away these photos for future generations. Thank you so much Karen Hogan

Thanks guys. You saved me a ton of time and headache. I'm putting together a slide/video show for my parent's 50th anniversary. Scanning 420 slides to DVD would have been a big task for me. You did it in a fairly short time frame and I like how you enhanced the photos. Some of those slides were over 40 years old! The 8mm film I gave you was also over 40 years old. Yes the final product is spot on perfect! But...it was their entire process that was most impressive. From start to finish they kept me informed of exactly where my photos were, what the issues with my photos were, and what part of their entire process the photos were in. The communication was excellent. They did things on time when they said they were going to do it. They took care of some of my most valuable assets ... my memories ... as if they were their owns. Building that trust factor was HUGE! We'll be back!!

Previously I had photos scanned but this was my first experience with slides most of the which are over 40 years old and not in the best of shape. I was truly amazed when I received my disks. The color, clarity and resolution look like something I just took with my Canon SLR. I never thought they could look so good.

I looked at the conversion of my film to DVD,and I was empressed with what I saw. I know my family will be empressed as I was!! I have many more eight Milmeter film that I made when I was vary young,and I will have you convert them as well.I can't wait until I give my family a copy. Thanks you so much for your great work. First digital picture conversion service that I tried and I am glad I choose digmypics! Fantastic job! Easy to use from the start.Went online and filled out the form. Printed it. Sent my valued family pictures to digmypics. Great communication! I received an email to confirm the order. I received another the minute my pics arrived at digmypics. Then followed the entire process online. Went online, approved the pictures I wanted and only paid for the selected photos! Received another email to confirm and then a couple of days later, the dvd and my originals arrived in the mail. Great quality. Fantastic customer service. Great price! I have worked in the customer service venue for 25+ years. These guys are awesome! I had questions that were answered promptly and completley. Very helpful, and courteous. My mom got sick with cancer when I was about 8 years. My dad purchased a movie camera so we could have mother on film. She passed when I was 12 and the movies were a treasure. As years went by and 8mm went out of fashion I wondered what to do with this film so I could enjoy see the whole family together again. Thanks to DigMyPics my dream of seeing Mom, Dad who passed when I was 19 and my only sister, she passed in 1989, again have come true. Seeing these movies on DVD is wonderful, I remember all the good times as if they were yesterday. Thank you very much for a great job. JudyAnn Goula

This was a superb experience. After years of taking Ektachrome and Kodachrome slides, I finally went through some carousels and chose a few of my better work from yesteryear and sent them to Digmypics for digital processing. They came back quickly and every bit as good as the originals, despite the age of the slides. Now I can upload them for printing easily and can see them much more efficiently. I will go back to the carousels and choose many more to send to them. This is like a time machine!

I recently visited my dad (age 94) who gave me some 35mm slides he had found in going through a closet. I hadn't seen these images in many many years. My dad wanted some prints, but we didn't seem to be able to get them any more from local sources. So, onto the internet to search for a service that might digitize these slides. DIGMYPICS came up and after browsing their website, I thought we'd give it a try. WOW! What service and communication through my entire order processing. I felt very assured that they were doing their job from the emails they sent updating me on my order. The final package arrived in the mail just a few weeks from when I mailed the slides to digmypics. I had CDs made for several family members of the precious images of my deceased mother and grandparents. Great pictures of them that I can now do what I want to with them. You took large format black & white negatives and digitized them perfectly. These negatives were over 60 years old. I am looking forward to sharing the images with my classmates. I especially like using the "magnifying glass" feature to be able to zoom in on selected areas. Well pleased and glad to endorse your service!
