I am completely satisfied with the transfer of my video. These tapes were so special and priceless and we were unable to view them on our old equipment. I didn't know how they would come out, as they had a lot of static on them when we tried to view them. I had the tapes transferred to a hard=drive because I had 30+ hours of tapes. The outcome was wonderful, hardly any static. The sound is good, the video is great. Now I have my work cut out for me.... organizing, editing and copying for family members. I am very Happy and would recommend digmypics to everyone!

We were excited when the postman brought the package to our door. We sat down to watch and remember our home movies from about fifty years ago. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!! The quality is great and the speed was slow enough that we enjoyed watching it and remembering the good times we had. David E, from Marion, IA, told us about your company and how pleased he was with your work. We had considered doing this for over a year but after a local company copied movies for a friend, we were afraid we wouldn't like the result. Her movies went so fast they were hard to watch and they added inappropriate music to them. The company insisted the movies were originally made on the fast speed but we couldn't believe anyone would have chosen to do that. Thank you so much for your outstanding work and excellent service. This project (converting old family slides to JPEGs) has been the best online customer service experience I have ever had. The order process was easy and someone was available to help walk me through it on the phone. Once the job was completed, my order shipped the same day and I received the DVD of JPEGS back in time to take them to my Dad's 87th birthday celebration. These will be a treasure our family will share and enjoy for years. So thank you Hannah, Lucy, Mark and everyone for your high quality work and exceptional customer service! Thanks, again, for a truly great job! I sent you the slides in Kodak Carousels when they had been stored for more than 45 years! The digital results were as pleasing as the originals. Your work is just plain fantastic, as before. Next, I am going to try you out on some ancient photographs. Thanks for your careful attention to every detail.

The hardest part of this process was to decide whether or not to have copies of old {some had deteriorated} family slides made (it was expensive for me as I had a large number of them). Obviously, I went ahead to do it and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. DigMyPics is a first class operation in every way. Thanks for making the memories available to my kids. I could add that I'm a rather picky person and not easily satisfied.

I was nervous to send my slides away to be scanned, but the customer service was so thoughtful and thorough that I was quickly put at ease and excited to see my slides digitized. The turn around time was fast and the process was efficient, and it was nice to be able to check on the process in real time. I will be using DigMyPics for all of my slide conversions!
