I've been using this company for some time, transferring my negatives and slides to digital. I always receive quality service, and the only thing I would wish for is that they were local so I don't have to pay shipping. On my most recent order, however, they exceeded my expectations. The negatives from this order came from a time when my camera was starting to die, and the pictures were fairly dark, and it was hard to see details. When I received my disk, it almost looked like a different set of pictures. There was such an improvement that I would not have thought possible. Thanks again for the great service!

It was time to either have the best of my film slide collection scanned or see them lost over time. I had looked into scanning them myself, but the typical personal type scanners you can buy for about $100 do a poor job - and buying a professional type slide scanner such as Canon or Nikon would be to expensive for this purpose. So I looked for a professional business to scan the slides and after a good amount of web searching decided to give digmypics a try. Sent 272 sides, the ordering process was easy and digmypics kept me very well informed as to the status of my order. Digmypics scanned the sides and returned them with a DVD containing high resolution copies. I am very satisfied with their work. The DVD copies are great. I highly recommend digmypics for anyone needing film slides scanned. Thank you digmypics!

All of the people who personally took my calls and assisted me with questions were patient and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable. I liked having the opportunity to edit my own reels. I was impressed with the quality that resulted from film that was 60+ years old. I'm digging now into our closets for more old 8mm films. Be ready. After reading other testimonials for DigMyPics, I decided to use this company to copy our reel to reel film from the 70's, that we had in storage. I am so glad i did. Even though it was it was somewhat costly, their customer service and expediency, and the final results made it all worthwhile, I mean really, you can't put a cost on family memories anyway. The laugh's and going back in time watching the home movies with my mother and 5 brothers and sisters are priceless. Soon,I will be sending them VHS tapes to transfer for me. I have now digitized 2 orders of slides totaling almost 1,000 photos I took. Some of these slides were 40 years old. The service provided by DigMyPics exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy with the results. The time it took to complete each order was well within the time frame stated by DigMyPics and they updated the status regularly as the work on my order progressed.I could go online and get a review of what the digitized slides looked like while they were working on my order. The digitized versions of the slides look exactly like the slides with the added benefit of some looking better than the slides due to some enhancement by DigMyPics. Some of the original slides that were not in very good condition to begin with did not look very good in the digitized form even with some enhancement. I was able to delete these when I previewed them on the DigMyPics website and did not have to pay for the conversion.I kept some, even if the quality was not great because it brought back memories. It is nice that DigMyPics offers that choice. The price charged by DigMyPics is about the same as what other services charge but the quality is far better than what friends have gotten using those other services. The slides we sent this last order were made in the 50s and 60s. Some were faded and some had turned dark. Frankly I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The DVD pictures are all beautifully color and brightness adjusted. Thank, you, for the extra effort. I will certainly recommend you to friends and relatives.

I am delighted with the service from DigMyPics.com. I am working with Division of Forestry photos and slides from late 1960s through 2001. This option was cheapest (39 cents per slide) and the easiest. I liked being able to see the images before paying. I rejected a couple of blurred ones. I hope Forestry lets me send more when the next budget year starts. I have never trusted the idea of handing one-of-a-kind images to a youngster at the drug store photo lab who has to mail them off somewhere anyway. Thanks You!
