I received my converted slides today and I am extremely happy with how they turned out. I'm especially impressed with the way you enhanced them. Some of the photos I sent were so dark I couldn't see the image and when you returned them the image was very clear. These photos were 40 years old and it looks like they were taken yesterday. Thank you. You did an amazing job!

I wanted to get back to you to thank you for doing exactly as you promised and for managing to accomplish everything right on time although I had given you only a minimum time span for the job. I particularly liked your communicating with me so well throughout the various stages of the process-- everyone was very thoughtful and efficient throughout. Our family slides were over 60 years old. I am so happy with the results from having them done by digmypics. Now everyone in the family has a copy and can view them when ever they want to. I want to thank you for doing such a terrific job on digitizing my 36 negatives that I took in August 1972 of a concert by Looking Glass and Poco on the Washington Monument grounds. I was the Epic Records promotion manager for the Mid-Atlantic and broke "Brandy" by Looking Glass in DC. I have a gold record for doing it and after 40 years, I am going to reunite with Elliot Lurie, the lead singer and writer in a couple of weeks. One of the pictures is of me and Elliot with the rest of the band. Obviously, these photos have great sentimental value. The final product is superb, and your customer service is fantastic. I like that you kept me updated through the process and I could see your progress as you posted the pictures online for me to review. I also appreciate that when you sent the CD, you also sent an email with detailed instructions on how to load them into IPhoto on the MAC. It would have been frustrating without them. I would highly recommend your company for all your services based on my experience and look forward to sending you more work in the future.

I would like to say how incredibly pleased I am with the results from your company. I have a collection of slides from my family that date back over 60 years! They have been stored in boxes and I had no idea how they would turn out, once digitized. They are absolutely wonderful and any blemishes on the slides are easily cured with some Photo Shop magic. I am extremely happy with the results from start to finish. I received e-mails during the process and even some preliminary results to view. I have printed some of the photos and they are incredible. To be able to preserve all those old memories is going to be priceless. Heads up, I have hundreds more to send after I go through them! I was pleased and happy with the quality of the work done on scanning my forty year old slides. The service was so helpful and each call for information was answered quickly and my questions answered. My original slides along with the CD made from my slides arrived much sooner than I expected. I would not hesitate to use DigMyPics again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I was able to follow the directions with confidence. The follow-up was great, I always knew where we were in the process. BUT, most of all I can see the old movies!! I was deeply disappointed when I tried to view my DVD on my DVD player when it would not play. Apparently the file format used is not compatable with a regular DVD player connected to my large TV screen. I was further disappointed when I tried to my the pics on my laptop computer DVD drive because the format would not allow it. Is it possible to have the file format changed on a DVD of my pics so I can view them on my DVD player and my computer DVD drive?
