The folks at DIGMYPICS were exceptional every step of way in converting old family 35mm slides and 8mm film. I received an email from then for each step of the process and they were always accommodating and polite when I called. Finally, the quality of the images were fantastic! I have recommended DigMyPics to my friends and family because of the outstanding customer service I received!

Received our DVD copies of an old film from the 40s that we thought could not be saved and were so happy and impressed with the result. It brought back wonderful memories and allowed us to see family that have been gone a long time. Mom was so happy to see her wedding and her smile was priceless! These have also given our children a recorded piece of their grandparent's history. Thank you for the wonderful job!

Just received my slides-to-digital DVD and I am totally satisfied with the whole experience I have had with digmypics.com! From the online instructions for preparing for shipment, to digmypics acknowledging receipt of shipment, to them keeping me apprised of the status of my order, to offering a download for previewing before receiving the DVD, I could not be more satisfied with their professionalism and expertise! I have never converted slides to digital before and decided to use digmypics.com. The process was very smooth and simple. You are kept informed of all the steps as they happen. The quality was very good. And, it was a very nice option to go online and delete some slides that just don't make sense to even keep. It's amazing how many old pictures are really useless. This is the third order I've sent tham and the results are fantastic. I love the fact that it's possible to communicate with them and make small adjustements to the pictures. I have over 2000 slides that I want to digitize, and I'll be sending them only to digmypics! I ordered the highest resolution and I'm glad I did.

I am extremely pleased with digmypics' communication, quality of service and turn-around time. The ability to see the progress online is wonderful, and I was emailed with every step taken. I compared an 8x10 that I printed from my scan from digmypics with an almost identical scan (same subject, same photographer, same series) that was done by a different company, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The scan from digmypics was superior in exposure correction, fine details and colors. Top notch!

I was very pleased with the service I received during my ordering process. The quality of my old movies to me was questionable but, when I watched the new DVDs I was so excited to see how well they turned out. I got a digital photo frame for my grandmother (89 years old) for Christmas and put the SD card in that I got made. I also got a few pictures framed into a collage. The photos were from 1958 to 1976, and included my grandfather who has since passed. I would have to say it was the best Christmas present she has ever received. She just sat and looked and looked. I also got DVDs made for my mom and aunt. They loved them. This gift to them was priceless. It is something everyone talked about doing, but we finally did it and so glad we did. The quality was amazing. Awesome, awesome Awesome!!!!

I did a lot of research and I mean a lot before I picked this company. I had over 700 slides to convert and I knew it wasnt going to be cheap. I looked into converting them myself and decided it would take me over 3 weeks to do it and the price of the converter didnt make sense to go that route. I just got my slides back and I am extremely satisfied, they are clear, no scratches or dust and look even better than I expected. Good Job Dennis Caputo
