My phone calls were answered in a timely manner, and everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to patiently explain all the technical details. I had slides dating back to the 60s, and they turned out great. I have some Super 8 movies from the same era which I will be sending to you in the future. You turned my order around in record time after I explained I needed the pictures for my husband's memorial celebration. I really appreciated that. I RECEIVED MY DVD'S AND AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I KNOW THEY WERE VERY OLD 8MM FILMS AND WAS NOT SURE IF MOST OF THEM WERE NOT BLANK. Another outstanding job! You recently digitized slides spanning 50+ years. I was so pleased I sorted and culled albums and boxes of paper photos - mine and others which landed in my closet after several elderly relatives died - and sent a few hundred to you. I was delighted to see that you could sharpen and enhance faded black and whites so that the content was more visible. Also, you were able to bring out the variations in tone so that more artistic photos were close to what the original probably looked like when new. digmypics.com did excellent work digitizing my slides, and returned everything to me on time in great condition. When I had questions or concerns by e-mail or on the phone, they answered right away. dealing with digmypics was a very pleasant experience (after having those slides converted elsewhere with poor results). The process could not have been more efficient and the results were excellent. I recently submitted 75 large format color slides for scanning. The images captured the last days of steam trains in Canada. I have since created a web site to display them. In less than a month, over 10,000 visitors have stopped by. The comments I have received all exclaim about how incredibly sharp the images are. A VERY complicated order. 3800 photos digitized in chronological order with appropriate titles. Slide Show DVDs, JPEG DVDs, and Photo Albums. All done accurately and expertly. This is my third set of photos to be digitized with Digmypics. I have three more orders to do with them. All told, when finished, I will have digitized 80+ years of family photo history.

All I had to do was drop my old messy, moth eaten photo album pics that I made in the '50s into a box and ship it to Dig my Pics and "Wallah" they came back with a DVD to share with my family. Okay, I had to use my credit card, but I can't imagine the hours of frustration I would have had doing it myself.

Richter went above and beyond on my latest order (#55XXXX) by creating additional file folders from hand-scribbled Post-Its inside each carton of slides. These are a huge help for my 89-year old client who is rushing to digitize his collection of 8000 slides and caption a large number of them. Thank you so much. Tom
