From the first phone call to the last. I was assured my pictures would be given the attention they needed for my project.I was so happy to see the end product. It did put a smile on my face. To see 40 years of my husband and mine life together with the children and events put on cd clear and fast. Thank you for your expertise and attention to the details of our lives.

Hey there, I have just completed an order with you guys and am currently downloading all my pics as I type this. I have wanted to get my personal pictures scanned for a good amount of time and when my mom died, and passed a ton of her pictures to me, I figured now was the time to get them digitized so I could share them with my family. I searched for a long time for a place to get my pictures done and had narrowed it down to a few places but each of these places seemed to lack something personal to the process. I say personal because these pictures are personal to me and my family. They might not mean anything to any one else but to me they are small time capsules of memories and they are precious beyond measure. Your service was the only service I found where I felt like you cared not only about me as a customer but about my pictures as a whole The process started, for me, by sending you a multitude of emails. Each one was quickly answered with a courtesy that seems to be lacking in some of your competitors. Often one of the many people answering back would suggest something that might help but i never felt like you were trying to up-sell me to something. It felt, again, more personal. Like a dear friend saying, "Hey maybe you would like to do it this way?" Once the scanning process started i cant tell you how immeasurable the joy i and my family had watching your team put new scanned pictures into the folders. Every day was exciting, like a new treasure was brought out into the light. Furthermore, as someone who understands the process that you were going through to some extent, I was quite appreciative of the time and energy your team put in on the project. The fact that you take the time to hand scan, crop, and improve each picture that you touch gives me the confidence that my pictures were being treated how I would treat them and perhaps even better. So from the bottom of my and my family’s heart I want to tell the crew there at Digmypics, Thank you. Thank you so much for the work you put in on my order and the level of customer service and professionalism you all posses. From the beginning of my project with Digmypics, I have received supremely professional service. An agent kept in touch with me, notifying me of my project's progress and responding to my input. The final product was exactly as I wanted it and it arrived one day early in a very short time period. I will recommend Digmypics to everyone I know who needs digitized pictures.

This is the third time that I have used this company and absolutely LOVE the customer service and quality of the scanning. This was my third larger project in which I had them scan pictures from the last 40 years. Though I haven't received my package yet, from past experience, I know what to expect from them. They respond quickly to email, always answer my questions, uploading of pictures is done in a timely manner, and the scanning is professionally done. I wouldn't use any other company. They are the BEST!

Dear Staff, We rushed through dinner last night to view the video and were more than delighted. You more than exceeded our expectations. Our family slides were old, faded and often not very well taken. You enhanced them beautifully. And, although we are close to computer Luddites, we were able to navigate your very well designed website without a problem. I held out little hope that anyone could retrieve the pictures off my not well cared for 60 year old slides. Digmypics did an outstanding job. The pictures are clear and quite usable in a book I am writing in celebration of 60 years marriage. Outstanding is all I can say about their work and the price is very reasonable. Great Experience...try it!

I've had several thousand of my slides going as far back to the 1970's processed and continue to be amazed at how well they look. It's clear that the post-processing that the DigMyPics team performs on each slide has made the difference. I'm very happy with the way the service works, the ability to track online while they are being scanned, the ability to download immediately after the order is complete, the way that my slides are properly handled and shipped, and most importantly, the way the images have come alive again after all these years. I've recommended this service to several of my friends without reservation.

The conversion of my 8mm to DVD went very well. So excited to see how well it came out. The reel was 150 ft, and sent a check for the $30 plus $8 for the DVD. Only 104 ft was able to be converted from this 44 year old reel. Company returned the difference. I will use them again for the rest of my 8mm, but will use a CC next time. Very prompt service and kept informed of the progress the entire time.

I've only delayed in writing this 5-star review because we've been so busy viewing and re-viewing our new DVD!! My family members are psyched to see our childhood come alive on the screen! We sent 1 reel as a test of this company and will be sending the rest of our family's old 8mm reels for conversion as soon as we can. Final product was well worth it; customer service was exceptional before, during, & after order was placed. Shipping costs are always the neglected, forgotten element; I sent items via USPS and it all worked out.
