The experience I had with digmypics was excellent! Friendly service by phone and e-mail and staff were very helpful in explaining process. The end result was having my slides copied onto a CD and they look wonderful! The staff was great in enhancing my photos and in making the improvements I requested. A pleasure to work with this company and I would recommend them highly!

I had a fantastic experience with digmypics.com! I was very excited about having old family slides edited and put on a disc that I could keep and share with my elderly parents. I was worried that the process would be too complicated for my computer knowledge level, and more expensive that I could justify. I was wrong! This was an amazingly affordable and easy process. Digmypics communicated clearly with me and took me step by step through the order process. They even send you the pics as they start the process to keep you completely informed from start to finish. My son's birthday was coming up and I wanted him to have a CD/DVD with pictures showing him as a baby and for his first years. I have 3 Carousel trays of slides, so I went over all of them many times. I called all of the photo processing places in our city, but they all sent their work out to labs and it would take 2 weeks to get them back. I didn't feel comfortable having my treasures sent to a third party. Fortunately, I found digmypics online and called them. They have a great system for sending the order, sending the slides, choosing the slides I wanted which was all they did and lastly having them sent back to me. I commented on Facebook that I was very happy I found them and most of all that my son was so pleased to have pictures that were so special to him and some he hadn't ever seen. I will definitely recommend digmypics to others and I have only made a small dent in my slide collection that needs to be converted and placed on CD'S...

Considering that the slides I sent you of my days in Korea and Japan were 60 years old, and not very well taken care of over the years, your DVD pictures are fantastic. As soon as I put the DVD in my computer, my Dropbox account picked it up so it is well backed up, plus I can send the pictures to may children who have been hearing about these pictures since they were kids. I'm getting a new batch of slides together, and will send them soon.

The entire process was simple and professional. The scanning itself was done excellently, but what impressed me even more was the processing after the scan. Several images were touched up so that they were much better than the original. I've spent years working with PhotoShop, but I'm sure that I could never have done anything better.

I can't say enough about the great service throughout the process from the initial quote through to delivery of the finished product. Thanks especially to Annette for answering all my questions along the way. I had over 2,000 pictures to scan and each one turned out great - clean images, all properly cropped and ready. It was an interesting trip down memory lane going through all these old pictures and well worth it.
