I will begin by saying that I spent several months previewing over 5,000 slides in order to select the very best. Your team did a superb job digitizing over 500 slides that I sent ranging in age from the early 1950's through the early 1990's.The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and everything was completed in a timely fashion. I was very happy to have the option to eliminate those slides that might not copy well. Amazingly enough,there were only a handful. The quality of the digitized photos far exceeded my expectations. I am now in the process of creating a family slide show as a Christmas gift for each of our four children. The photos are a delight to work with, they look fantastic. I worried about packaging and shipping the slides but they were returned in perfect condition. It is good to know that the slides are processed here in the US which is not always the case with other vendors. Keep up the good work helping others preserve their family history.

I hadn't given a medical Grand Rounds lecture for 25 years ; when called upon to do so, I had to learn Powerpoint and get my pics digitized in short order and digmypics made a promise and then beat their own prediction so that I had plenty of time to put my talk together despite my clumsiness on the program. Quality was impeccable.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the final DVD of my family home movies from 8mm film. They copied them all to DVD, I was able to select prints from the movies, title them and put them in the order I felt they belonged. Great job, my sisters and I are so very excited to see these old home movies.

Dear Digmypics! It is just totally awesome that our meeting, our courtship and all of the next 30 years of slides is now going to be enjoyed by each of our son's to share with their respective families, along with Mom and Dad on the big screen TV!! I was worried that my 75 year old 8mm film would be too fragile to handle. But my worries were for naught as my questions and concerns were quickly answered at every step along the way. The final results were all I had hoped, and more. The grand kids and their children will be amazed to see the old folks in another time and place. Thanks

I had a lot of slides and not much time. I sent the first order off to another company. The second order was sent to digmypics about a 1-1/2 weeks later. The first company does not keep me informed about what is happening with my order. DMP does. The first company does not make the pictures available for download immediately after payment; you have to wait for the DVD to be shipped to you. I had my DMP photos downloaded in less than 1/2 hr. after my payment was processed. The first company got the pictures well before DMP, but DMP returned usable images to me while the first company was still "pacifying" me with vague promises. "Don't worry; your order will be there before you leave for your trip. In the meanwhile, my DMP order is categorized, incorporated into the slide show, shared with relatives, posted on FB...you get the idea. Over the winter, I expect to have more digitizing to be done. So will my husband. I recommended to him, and to everyone I've talked to about this experience, that DMP is the company they want to use!

I sent in a Super 8 of my aunt's wedding reception from the early 1970s. Uncle Steve died suddenly from a heart attack not too long after, and I came across the reel recently. Without telling her, I sent it in. Service was not only quick but I wasn't clear in my instructions, and digmypics emailed me to clarify. The services they provide are, in a wonderful way, low cost but priceless. I had the DVD sent directly to my aunt, who lives in another state. My cousin told me she answered her door with DVD player in hand, couldn't wait to show her. It was the most rewarding thing I've done in a long time and highly recommend digmypics services!
