Dear Digmypics! It is just totally awesome that our meeting, our courtship and all of the next 30 years of slides is now going to be enjoyed by each of our son's to share with their respective families, along with Mom and Dad on the big screen TV!! I was worried that my 75 year old 8mm film would be too fragile to handle. But my worries were for naught as my questions and concerns were quickly answered at every step along the way. The final results were all I had hoped, and more. The grand kids and their children will be amazed to see the old folks in another time and place. Thanks

I had a lot of slides and not much time. I sent the first order off to another company. The second order was sent to digmypics about a 1-1/2 weeks later. The first company does not keep me informed about what is happening with my order. DMP does. The first company does not make the pictures available for download immediately after payment; you have to wait for the DVD to be shipped to you. I had my DMP photos downloaded in less than 1/2 hr. after my payment was processed. The first company got the pictures well before DMP, but DMP returned usable images to me while the first company was still "pacifying" me with vague promises. "Don't worry; your order will be there before you leave for your trip. In the meanwhile, my DMP order is categorized, incorporated into the slide show, shared with relatives, posted on FB...you get the idea. Over the winter, I expect to have more digitizing to be done. So will my husband. I recommended to him, and to everyone I've talked to about this experience, that DMP is the company they want to use!

I sent in a Super 8 of my aunt's wedding reception from the early 1970s. Uncle Steve died suddenly from a heart attack not too long after, and I came across the reel recently. Without telling her, I sent it in. Service was not only quick but I wasn't clear in my instructions, and digmypics emailed me to clarify. The services they provide are, in a wonderful way, low cost but priceless. I had the DVD sent directly to my aunt, who lives in another state. My cousin told me she answered her door with DVD player in hand, couldn't wait to show her. It was the most rewarding thing I've done in a long time and highly recommend digmypics services!

The service I requested from Digmypics was conversion of 8mm movie film that ranged in dated from 1947 to 1968. Digmypics delivered just as advertised. Their support of MAC computers is second-rate. A few of the "exposure corrections were not very effective. Their instructions for adding "chapter titles" did not include how long those titles would appear on play-back. All film were returned on new reels and in uniform storage boxes.

After my mother went into skilled nursing, our family found ourselves with thousands of pictures to distribute. Local scanning services were charging $1 to $2 per picture, regardless of size. Digmypics website was both informative and professional. What few questions I had before starting the project were promptly and politely addressed by customer service staff. As we assembled the pictures for scanning, Digmypics was right there for us, answering questions and making recommendations. We shipped 1193 pictures to them on September 11. On October 1, I downloaded the enhanced pictures. This is a much faster turn around then if my family had done this project ourselves. And the cost per picture was much less than the local services. I give this organization top rating, and am recommending it to my friends. I will also use them for my next project.

After researching various companies, I decided to send my 35mm slides to digmypics for scanning to a disk. Since these pictures are priceless treasures, I wanted to make sure that the slides would be treated carefully in the U.S. I have been very pleased with the communications, response and results of digmypics and plan to use this company again. I found slides that my husband,who recently passed away,took in 1960's aboard the Enterprise during VietNam. The slides were old,and small. Digmypics did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the help I received over the phone,as well as keeping me informed via email. I would highly recommend them for all your digital pictures.
