I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed by DigMyPics. I sent them the 35 mm negatives from our 1996 wedding. The company digitized all 141 frames and the digital images are as clear and crisp as the original photos. They also returned my negatives (not all companies do that) and provided a thumb drive with the tiff files. I was also emailed a link that enabled me to download all the jpeg files. In addition, before completing the project, they sent emails updating me on the status of my order. I highly recommend this company and am sure that I will be a repeat customer.

We sent in a 10 tape box recently. The process took about 3 1/2 weeks which was not a surprise since they told us this in advance. I did not have any real expectations for tapes that were anywhere from 20-40 years old and had been sitting around under our bed. I have to say that the quality of the videos exceeded my expectations. I really didn't see any degradation in the videos even over that many years. We were very happy with the results and plan on using digmypics for some of our remaining tapes. Thanks so much!

My father took thousands of family slides years ago. For his funeral, we had some of these slides digitized by digmypics for a slideshow of him in his honor. This company did a stellar job of transferring the originals and were very careful with their return of such precious items. We are grateful and would highly recommend this company.

Mom had some old audio tapes that she could no longer listen to. They were recordings of the family. Digmypics was able to digitize these with pretty good results. Some areas were a little fuzzy, (due to bad recordings ) but other parts were crystal clear. We were happy to have these memories preserved so we can hear them again. I have also used Digmypics for video transfer. Their service in top notch !!

I sorted through many photo archives over the last two years. I sent about a dozen VHS tapes going back to 1990 to capture the footage, digitally. The tape, itself, was aged and there was noise in some the footage, but I was sooooo happy - the footage was so reminiscent, joyful, amazing. I couldn't have retrieved the footage myself, but I can try to fix it digitally. Digmypics also saved the footage to flash drive and to their cloud x 1 year so I can download at my pleasure. I'm sending a few reels of 8mm film next.

Dear Sirs: I thank your staff for a job well done. Your company digitized approximately 2 hours of eight mm film, most with sound. About five years ago another company had digitized the very same film set. To my disappointment they did not capture the sound and the video was not as vivid of an image. Your company not only enhanced the pictures, but did an excellent job capturing the sound. Some of the film was approximately 75 years old. I sent in nearly 500 old slides, many from my childhood in the late 50s through early 70s, and many from a European vacation in 1985, take with a new lens with which I was not familiar. I feared I would be very disappointed with the results, but I took a chance, because I knew the slides were only getting in worse condition every year, and I might never even look at them because of all the trouble involved with finding a projector that would work with my cassettes. Long story short, as I downloaded the review slides and tried the "face enhancement" feature, I became convinced that the newly digitized photos would be somewhat better, but still not worth the money. I'm very pleased to say that, as I'm looking at the newly-received pictures in tiff format on my computer, I am extremely pleased with the detail that DigmyPics was able to achieve with their process. The final product is noticeably better than the review pictures (when I received those, the email mentioned that these would be lower quality than the finished product, because they were only for review, after all). I should mention that, in getting to this point, I had several questions about the process, and each question was answered quickly and accurately, and I was not made to feel like an ignoramus. The folks with whom I comunicated were very courteous, and more than happy to answer every question. I am VERY happy and satisfied with my experience, and with these memories that have turned out so much better than I dared hope! I highly recommend DigmyPics!

I told my husband for Christmas I wanted our old VHS turned digital. The movies were in production over the holidays so the timing was perfect to watch all the old stuff! What a hoot it was watching all the old movies!! We all live in different states so sharing the link worked great. We even watched together online. There were movies I had forgotten about. The best part was reintroducing our children to people they didn’t remember. I’m a bit sad I waited so long to do it. But it was so worth it! Thank you memory box for giving us our memories back!
