I send old slides in hopes of getting them on a disc and to see these wonderful pictures again! Well Dig My Pics did not disappoint. They were so helpful and on top of things during the process and kept me informed the entire time. I received my disc in record time and am so happy to see these old family picture again! I can't begin to tell you how incredible the video turned out. It was a surprise for my husband and when the first picture appeared he was brought to tears. As the video continued both of us became very emotional going back in time and seeing his family. The communication was flawless from the beginning until the end product. Beautiful restoration of my slides and beautiful quality when it was showing on our big screen was indeed a beautiful experience. I can't rave enough about your company and will recommend your company to everyone I know!

I sent dimypics a trial run of 20 slides from the 70s and early 80s and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the digital files I got back and the service I received. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of the project so that I was never wondering what was happening with my photos. Now I have high quality digital images (I used the medium resolution) and don't have to mess with my quirky slide projector to see these old family photos. I'm very pleased and plan to send in the rest of my slides for digitization.

I am the personal representative of my parents' estates and I had all of the family pictures scanned and had dvds and contact page books made for myself and all of my siblings in that capacity. This was a huge order, and I am not very technologically savvy at all. The digmypics staff was wonderful. They did a great job with the work itself. More importantly, they were unfailingly patient with and very reponsive to all of my many questions. I chose them in part because they are located in Gilbert, so I could drop the pictures off and pick them up myself. (No worries about the precious family pictures being sent outside the country as there are with some companies.) They even let me pick them up in the evening after their regular working hours. The dvds and the contact page books have given us a wonderful record of precious family memories. I had copies of the dvds and the books made for all of my nieces and nephews and also had dvds made for all of our first cousins. I don't think that I could have given them a better gift. First. I want to thank you for remaking my disks and sending out the modified copies. Second, I checked my first set of disks more closely, and, in fact, the jpeg disk was included with one of the dvd disks. Sorry I missed it the first time. I’m very happy with the results.
