Having been in the service industry for over 25 years, I must say your service exceeds any service I have ever received. Your staff from beginning to end has been fantastic! I had questions before I sent in my slides and they were answered within a matter of minutes. I was kept informed of each step in the process and your timelines are right on target. Thank you so much for reminding me that truly exceptional service still exists.

Thank you, digmypics, for processing my two large orders (slide scanning) with good speed and quality control. I chose your company after considerable research and you didn't let me down. These memories are very precious and now I have the satisfaction of having a digital collection I can backup and easily share with family and friends. Mom (age 89) hadn't seen these images in years and now she can happily browse through them frequently on her flat-screen monitor. Digmypics is a highly trustworthy, expedient, and professional firm. I have used them on multiple occasions to convert old videos and film and digitize them to eliminate bit rot of aging film. EXCELLENT SERVICE . We dealt with 1 technician through out the order process. She kept us informed and sent us links to the photos as she processed them. They look great and are bringing back wonderful childhood memories to me and my siblings. Very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend them!

We had a collection of my dad's old slides, and I wanted to create a digital collection to preserve the images,and to share the pictures with my two younger brothers. Digmypics was wonderful to work with, and kept me informed every step of the way. The only hard part was sending the slides off in the first place. After that, digmypics did all the work, and we now each have CD's of wonderful family memories. I couldn't recommend them more highly, and I will be sending more slides to be converted in the future.

I have just completed my third and fourth order with digmypics - a total of 5700 photos and 90 minutes of 8MM movie film. It was a very complex series of orders requireing chronological sequencing, multiple titles, and special labeling of the discs. They did all of this with only one significant error, which they promptly corrected with a replacement disc. All this, and friendly service too. Thanks, digmypics! Now I'll start work on my next project for you to digitize.
