"Very prompt service and fine quality, at an extremely good per-slide price. I have more slides in the garage, and expect to return for more scanning. I would have rated the whole experience as "5" except for the $29 price for the 16GB thumb drive. I wasn't surprised by the price - it was clearly disclosed up front - but I thought it was a bit high. "
