DigMyPics Review From Durham, NC - Slides to disk

I sent my parents' collection of slides to be digitized, as a gift for their 60th anniversary. The whole process went very smoothly. Helpful customer service reps answered all my questions when I called, the scans look great, and the slides are back home safely. I rated the experience a 3, because it met my expectations. I expected to get everything Digmypics' website said I would, and I did.
