"I just got back my dvd and everyone in my family is 100% satisfied. The finished product was better than I could have imagined. Some of my slides were in terrible condition but you can't tell. It didn't take very long to process the slides and return the finished product to me. I had to have several emails with the company and I felt like I was being treated as their only customer. The staff was very helpful and let me know where in the process my slides were at all times. I would highly recommend this company with your most precious pieces of family history."
