I'm very impressed with the scanning service your company provided to me. First the scanning was top notch. Some negative films just don't scan well at all, but all my scans came back looking excellent, much better than my local lab that i've used for scanning with their agfa d-lab.
Now what really impressed me was the customer service. My invoice had a mix-up on it, basically it didn't recognize the scans that I didn't want so I didn't get credited for them. I didn't realize this until I got the final invoice when my film was shipped back to me. I sent an email around midnight eastern time and got a reply within 20 minutes with an apology about the mix-up, and my credit card credited the difference.
