DigMyPics Review From Richmond, VA - scanning

I sent about a dozen slides and a dozen negatives to 4 of the best rated scanning services, including digmypics. Two of the services were very close in quality (to my inexpert eye), and two had very helpful, snark-free support representatives. digmypics was the only one on both of those lists (quality and support). So I sent the rest of my 1200 slides to be scanned and I'm very happy with the results. I'll soon be sending them about 1200 negatives.
