I sent in slides dating back to the 1930's and they came out better than I ever thought they would! I really liked how I could watch the status from start to finish and watch as my slides "came to life". Customer service was wonderful from beginning to end - I never had to wait longer than an hour for a response and they were all so helpful with everything.
