I was a little nervous about sending off my pictures, but shipping time was really quick (with their convenient pre-addressed box and label). They sent me an email right away that the box had arrived so I could rest assured. The rest of their service was great as well. The turn around was quick and it was great seeing the pictures go up online. And being able to choose at the end if a couple need to be eliminated is also a nice feature. The quality of images was excellent, I had sent some old faded photos, but they all look nice. Each step of the process including utilizing the website, and emails were simple and straightforward. And when I called (two times for two different questions) I got a real person who was friendly and helpful.

I have a number of 4x5" negatives that I have not really looked at in over 40 years. I sent a few to be scanned so that I could evaluate the service (the online order form does not specifically address this size, but it was possible to describe what I wanted in the "Comments" section). I was exceptionally pleased with the results and I will soon be sending many more negatives to be scanned as well, along with some (even older) 8mm films.

I looked into scanning services and chose Digmypics because they do their work in the U.S. , the cost was a little higher but their communication and quality was first class. The photos came out much better than I had hoped and I would not hesitate to send Digmypics photo work in the future I highly recommend this service

90 slides shot 31 years ago with Ektachrome using a Nikon EM (one of their cheapest cameras). I just finished downloading the files (a service I did not know digmypics offered) and the digital scans are great. I zoomed in on several photos and the detail was more than I expected. The colors were true to the slides (Ektachrome tends to over-saturate colors) which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend digmypics.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am at the quality digmypics! I found these negatives of my parents wedding (both deceased) These negative were stored in a attic for almost the entire 66 years. Some of the negatives were curled and ripply. It was amazing to me to see how wonderful they came out. Every aspect of this process digmypics employees was very impressive. They keep in constant communication with every step they are taking in completing their work. Truly...digmypics totally exceeded my expectations. I recently found boxes of slides at my parents home. I sent the 50 year old slides to Digmypics. Some were in very poor condition, in fact it was impossible to tell who was in the slides. I had a couple of questions, and each time I called them, I talked to a very caring individual who was professional and knowledgeable. When the DVDs arrived I was astounded at the quality of the DVDs. The pictures were outstanding and I'm thrilled to have them. I certainly recommend Digmypics.

I got the box of family home movies (Super 8mm) from my Dad when they moved last year. I did lots of research on local and on-line companies to get the film transferred to DVD. digmypics.com was the company I picked. The prices are very reasonable and I especially like the idea that all film transfers are done here in the US. I sent my first order (one 200' reel) as an experiment to see how I liked their services. I will be sending all of the film to them over the next year to get transferred. The process is very easy, quick, and an excellent value. The archival reel and container that they return the film in was an unexpected bonus! I would highly recommend digmypics.com.

Let's start with the fact that I knew nothing about the process of digitizing slides. The digmypics site is informational and easy to use. Should one have questions(and I did), just call them to reach very helpful folks. The results? I am so very happy to see my old slides rejuvenated . My slides were from 1969. They were rarely viewed so the colors are still fresh. Even so, the skilled technicians did ever so slight enhancements. I very highly recommend digmypics. They did a terrific job.

I can't thank you enough for the marvelous job you did. My son and I sat at the computer and looked, laughed, remembered, got a little teary. There were pictures I had forgotten about and baby pictures of my son, especially with his grandmother and great grandmother I thought were lost. You can never know how much these pictures mean to me. A million dollars couldn't buy these. I can't wait to receive the DVD's.
