The customer service was very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule for downloads, the digital copies of my photos look amazing (better than the originals), all my photos were returned in perfect condition and organized as I had sent them (I REALLY appreciated this!). The digital photos were also organized as the original prints were (also very helpful to me). Thank you!

I just wanted to let potential customers of digmypics to know this company was awesome to work with. I reviewed several companies before deciding to trust digmypics with 20 reels of cherished family movies. I called prior to submitting my order & made a few calls once my reels were received by the company to ask many different questions. Everyone I spoke to was super knowledgeable & above all friendly. The entire process took less than 10 days from reels to DVDs. I would highly recommend digmypics!

I want to thank the guys at DigMyPics for doing a terrific job on our family photo albums. Our job was complex being over 6600 pictures with lots of requested directories. Communication with us through the process was excellent, scanning the photos made the pics come alive and they were all sent back in their proper bags and in the order of scanning. I would trust this company with my most precious images! John

We found some very old negatives mixed with our pictures. Some negatives were in strips and some were single negatives. We weren't sure what they were. Some of these negatives were more than 50 years old. We were very happy with the results and they were returned safely to us. Now were are contemplating sending zone old slides and having them put onto DVD's. We are happy customers.

I received the digital .jpg files today on 3 DVDs. For a number of reasons I can't praise them enough. I sent them 1864 35mm slides in a box all jumbled up. They are some of the slides from 5 decades of my life and I'm 74 years old. Age has provided to me patience and the need/ability to be courteous at all times. From the time I sent the slides to the time I received the slides and digital scans back was 60 days. I do not find this to be a problem at all. I owned a company employing hundreds of employees, and hated customers demanding I expedite their orders. I only manufactured quality and would never budge. If I didn't sell the best quality I was able, then I had nothing to sell. These people think the same. The physical slides I received upon return were bundled and labeled corresponding to the numbered digital folders that held the scanned images. i.e. If there was a single digital image of which I needed the 35mm slide source, I could easily find it. Can't say enough good thing about the people and service. BTW my older brother has been communicating with me about this, and he has 90,000 35mm slides that remain to be digitized about his lifetime. He has personally scanned 10,000 over the years buy got old and tired. Thank you so much: Bruce Vetter, Monticello IL

I found digmypics online - desperate to find a way to get my Dad's old 8 mm film on a DVD for an upcoming family reunion. Really appreciated the communications, tracking and status that were provided. Updates were provided right from the start until my slides were back with me. I downloaded the images but also ordered a CD which I probably need not have done, but regardless, I was very pleased by their work and the level of confidence that I felt during the whole process. I took photos in for a memorial service. Some photos dated back to the 1940's We had "dig my pics" put them in a slide show and they did an amazing job. They kept in contact with us as the order progressed and it was ready on the day promised. I would highly recommend this company We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Great Job!

I was extremely pleased with the slideshow set to music that you prepared for me! The music fits the pictures to a T! I'm sure my college friends will love the memories and the nostalgia these pictures bring back when I share this with them at our get-together in the fall!
