My family and I were very excited to be able to see our old slides of vacations, birthdays, and other memorable events from the early 1960's come to life again on your web site. The quality of the pictures was excellent and you produced my DVD's exactly the way I requested. I appreciated the frequent communications and the time spent making sure the pictures were scanned to the DVD and labeled in exactly the order I wanted. It is great to be able to share the photos so easily with relatives in other parts of the country. I hope to be able to organize and send in more old slides as soon as I have the time to do so. Just recently I worked along with Liz at Dig My Pics. She was such an unbelievable help to me with putting pictures together for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. Liz, you are wonderful! For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what to get my father for his 70th birthday. He has everything and I didn't want to get him yet another Home Depot gift card. A friend gave me the idea to put together a DVD set to music of his life. For the next week I feverishly worked to get pictures together from birth until now, knowing I was limited on time because we were flying out to see him in 5 weeks. I researched Digmypics and another company and decided on this one as it had more options that appealed to me. I fed-exed my 157 pictures, music and instructions on 9/18 worried that it would not give Digmypics enough time to complete the project...but by 9/29 I had the completed DVD and all my pictures back in my hands. They finished in less than 2 weeks and when my husband and I watched the DVD, we were amazed at how well it came out. Even though I chose all the pictures myself, I was in tears as I saw my father's 70 years come to life and the music fit perfectly. My father's party is still 2 weeks away and I'm sure this will have everyone in tears. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My pictures were returned in great condition, and the service staff worked with me on the pricing. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use Digmypics again without question. My first experience with DigMyPics was about 5 years ago when I found some old slides that I had no way to view or print. I Googled "slides to CD" and up came DigMyPics. At DigMyPics they take a VERY PERSONAL interest in providing the results you want. It's like working with a friend or a local photo shop. Every order is reviewed promptly upon receipt. A personal email is dispatched recapping what will be done and providing suggestions on how to get the best results. The suggestions are professional and intuitive - they seem to know what you need. When I recently found 200 additional slides. I went right back to DigMyPics and the service was wonderful - of course. Gave my husband's family THE most incredible Christmas present by putting together a movie of old slides and pictures that spanned 50 years. With the music and the sheer number of photos (around 500) it was incredible! Most of the pictures had not ever been seen since they sat in trays of slides for decades! Watching it as a family on Christmas night was a gift they will never forget! Not a dry eye in the room and they are forever grateful to have these memories forever. Digmypics was the best. I couldn't believe the quality of some of the old photos in the slideshow. Will continue to use you guys for big projects as well as small! Thank you.

Maybe the very best thing about this experience wasn't the end-result (perfectly good but which other companies might also deliver), but the presence of ever-helpful human beings at every step of the way. When I called, a person answered. When I had a question, someone could always be found with the knowledge to reply. When I wanted to modify the color correction on some slides, someone took the time to review the job with me and fix them. My experience doing business on the net has often been horrific because of the low standards of customer support provided by these companies. Here was a happy exception. Not just adequate, but a pleasure to do work with. Thanks to you all.

I sent 68 photos to you to be scanned. Some of them are well over 100 years old. I shipped them on Monday and had them back eight days later. The work was excellent and the photographs returned in excellent condition. Thank you for your help. By the way, I suggest that you tell prospective customers that you will not be able to scan tin types.

When I found your website, I stopped shopping. I am amazed at the clarity and color and detail in all of these 1550 color slides dated from 1956. Most were 35mm, but many were something else. Apparently you cropped the "something elses" to appear as 35mm on the screen. These things NEVER appeared as professional with the old slide projector and grainy screen. Your product lived up to your website. We are impressed. Thank you.

We received our completed project in the mail yesterday - digitizing some 20+ years' worth of 35mm slides. We are so impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work that this company put into completing this project for us. From the day I began communicating with DigMyPics, all the many questions that I had were answered almost immediately and from the day that our slides were received by them, we received frequent status updates, so we always knew exactly "where we stood". How exciting and comforting to have all of these treasured pictures preserved in such an orderly and safe manner. And the Thumbnail Album is just beautiful and will be a great help in cross-referencing with the CDs. It will be such fun to share these pictures with our family. We’re especially anxious to share them with our two little grandchildren – they will love seeing their Mommy as a little girl. We are going to contact some other family members to share our experience with them as we know they have probably more years’ worth of slides than we, and we feel that they would be wise to get started on a similar project ASAP! as most would agree, sending pricless pics in the mail is a nervous time. digmypics did an awesome job for me. while the quality of their work was exceptional, so was their communication about my order starting with their notice to me about receiving my pictures. wonderful people to talk with thru process. quality company and highly recommended.
