I am very happy with all the products & service. My 35mm slides to DVD movie, DVD-JPEG, thumbnail album are more than I expected. I was hesitant to send the slides, but every step of the way, your order processing is documented on line. The ability to view the product exemplifies their assurance of quality. I found 12 slides that needed to be added before they started the scanning process- no problem. I had several questions along the way - always a quick, kind, reassuring response. I just received my order and have already referred DigMyPics.

Dear DigMyPics You did an outstanding job converting a homemade 8mm film shot in 1942 to DVD!!! I was not expecting great quality from a 67-year old film when projected on a big-screen TV, but the qulity of your 8mm-to-DVD conversion was very impressive!!!!! I was inherently sceptical sending off a reel of family film in the mail to a company I know only from the Internet. And I was not expecting great quality of the product, but the quality of your production was excellent, and shippng the film to you could not have been easier. I am extremely satisfied, and you will absolutely be receiving more film from me in the future for conversion.

I just received my disks with my California slides. A previous order was reprocessed due to the pictures being too dark, but I mentioned this, and you did an excellent job this time. The software that you provide that let me load the images to my hard drive was fantastic. I needed it because my DVD player would only accept a group of 150 files and I had 183. Since I could now reburn a CD with the set of files brokenup into two groups, everything was fine. You'll be getting more of my slide collection to digitize shortly.

A year ago, I started using DigMyPics! to scan several hundred of my slides. I sent them in small groups at a time to keep from becoming overwhelmed with the post processing I do on my home computer. I have since completed scanning my slides with them, and can assure anyone interested that DigMyPics! does excellent work. As I became more familiar with the scanning process, I would include special instructions which they always followed to the letter. If a question came up, they would quickly contact me (even once by phone) to provide a clarification or assistance. To my amazement, I found that they handle millions of slides/ negatives, etc., a year, and yet, make you feel as if your order is the only order they have. Fine service; fine people; fine job! Thanks, and now it is on to my color negatives for scanning. Tom Swan

Just a note to tell you how pleased I am with the digitizing of my old slides, some dating back to 1957. The colors and focus of the images are as true as the day they were taken. I am glad I ordered the lower resolution SD card - the resolution is about what I get with my old digital camera, and just right for viewing on TV and sending over the Internet. The high resolution images will be useful for making prints, of course. I have recommended you to several friends now and and am sure they will be satisfied.

Let me thank you for doing an absolutely wonderful job converting my 246 slides to digital media. These slides are slightly over 40 years old and tell my story while I served in Viet Nam. They are priceless to me and my memories. The slide show will be passed along to my son and grandson. First, your process was extremely simple and easy to use. Your website was informative and helpful. I valued the opportunity to monitor the progress and feedback that DigMyPics propided throughout the conversion process. I just got my package for the first part of my photo digitization project and I'm super happy!! The actual work I see on my PC or HD TV looks even better than it did on-line. I was impressed by the extra attention shown by the team even as I asked a lot of questions (1st time impatience;-) I am looking forward to continuing this project/labor of love with you!!
