First of all I LOVED the results you achieved in digitalizing my 50 year old slides! I couldn't be happier. The only problem was the disc you sent me wouldn't work on my MacBook Pro. A friend tried it in her Windows operating system and it worked fine! I called you and you promptly sent me another disc and this one worked just fine! Don't know what happened but I appreciate your prompt attention to correcting this glitch! Thanks for a job well done! I rated your digital efforts a 5 but the disc situation a 1.

Everything this Company has done for me is Great!!! I started with a small amount of 35mm slides, as a test, and then went to almost 700 of them and 20 mini cassettes and they did everything perfectly. I had a minor Zip shipping issue and their staff took care of it right away. "I actually spoke to a REAL PERSON, imagine that, customer service" I am now sending them 11 VHS tapes. This Company so far has been the best. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Memories are forever and adapting old technology to new these guys get it right. I would give them a 10 but I can only go to 5. They get 2x5's in my book.

DigMyPics has now digitized 2 long super 8mm home movies and a large number of slides for me. They are quick, efficient, and well worth the cost. Customer support is excellent. I wasn't sure of what would happen when I sent my 50 year old 8mm tape to you but I'm glad I did. Kevin did a great job and the movie on the DVD looked every bit as good as the day the film was taken. Now I have nothing to worry about when I send my 20 year old Video Cassette and 50 year old 35mm slides to you for processing. great job.
