I sent you almost 800 slides in groups that I wanted put into folders. All slides went into the proper designated folder. The quality of the scans was just great - far better than I even hoped they would be. I compared my results which came in about one week after they received them to a friend who sent about 1000 slides to a company who sent them to India for scanning. His results took MUCH longer and about 30 slides were lost or destroyed. Maybe they were culturally offensive? Now I am rounding up my many paper photos to send for scanning. You restored an 8mm, 400 foot reel of a vacation with my kids in 1974. The only way I could preserve that was to make a VHS tape on a gadget I purchased in the 1980's. It was awful. Not well focused, washed out color, and small size that could not be enhanced. Your restoration of my 40 year old movie was superlative. The detail, the ability to 'size' it on the computer screen, and your excellent service was all I needed to send you the second reel of that trip as soon as I viewed the first results.

Through their exceptional alchemy technology they effectively and successfully transferred an age/color bleeding 39 year old museum exhibit VHS tape to a improved and corrected DVD. Through their remarkable alchemy, digmypics technology and expertise have again transferred and transformed several 30 year old VHS tapes to fine quality improved DVDs. This magic they performed despite age blurred images, all that remained from the original tape, now been reborn in the DVD as those vital sharp people originally filmed. And their patience, their constant help and good will, equally matches their excellent competence - I could not be more pleased.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to work with Digmypics.com! They did a really fine job digitizing my parents old slides! I had over 400 slides from the 60s that I needed converted to DVD. Digmypics was an excellent service I would highly recommend. I checked out a lot of other services and, although some may have been a bit cheaper, the level of service and quality Digmypics offered made using them the only choice. Very attentive customer service. The took great care of the slides. They enhanced the pictures to make them look incredibly vibrant. I sent detailed notes on how I wanted the DVD arranged and they had no problem following the directions. And I got everything back in less than four weeks.

Today, Fedex returned my large box of over 1,000 35mm slides, prints and negatives which you just scanned. This was my first order with DigMyPics. I'm a retired professional photographer. As someone very detail-oriented, I was impressed with the sophisticated way you organize and document the entire scanning process - from receipt of the box by you through return of the box to me. So many small details were so helpful. For example: the bright red frames around the "rejected" scans on your website; the careful count you made of my approximations; your perfectly following my exact grouping outlined in my order instructions; the good questions asked me to clarify these instructions before starting; your terrific Photo Album which no one else has; your easy to understand billing summary; even the friendly way you label your DVD boxes... In all, a wonderful and satisfying experience. So rare, these days, with any commercial company, regardless of the product and the price! When I originally considered scanning my irreplaceable slides and photos, I was very concerned about the possibility of their being lost and/or mixed with other customer's work. In fact, I was so apprehensive it took me several years to "take the chance" on scanning. I looked at several of your competitors, and found your website uniquely understandable, educational and reassuring. Even so, I waited another several months, reading and rereading all the pages on your website, before I finally decided to "pull the trigger"... I am so glad I did! just received another order of 1800 digitalized slides. Beautiful job again. YOu have saved me many hours of time trying to do all those slides myself. Hoping to give each family member copies of their past (some 40+ years of great memories). I will never get the other 7000 slides sorted out by Christmas, but they should have fun with what i have so far and more to look forward to.

This was a project I had been dreading for a decade, but I finally just threw 1600 slides at Digmypics and they handled it! They converted the slides quickly, maintained constant communication with me to make sure my choices were honored, and the results were awesome. The digital pictures were so good I was able to read roadsigns, convention nametags and even the names of ships to help identify and date the slides. They also converted an 8mm tape that I had no idea what material was on. I took a $10 chance and it paid gold. My wife's relatives will be very happy when I give them this surprise gift. Just received my second order from digmypics and the results have been great on both. First order was converting 50 year old super 8 video to a DVD format. The latest order was converting 60+ year old slides to pictures. I am always a skeptic about services like this and was very nervous about sending off what amounted to family heirlooms but everything this company advertises about quality and service is true.
