I have to be honest. I usually don't take time to respond to services like yours, especially when things go well. However, you guys really impressed me. Your service was timely, professional and of the highest quality. You made me feel as though my slides were just as important to you as they were to me. I knew every step of the way where they were and what was being done to them. You'll probably be getting more orders from me. The 150+ I sent to you this time were a mere drop in the bucket of the roughly 9000 slides I have that cover 30+ years. I'm sorting through them a box at a time picking out the keepers for scanning. You can expect orders to trickle in over time. I do have some questions, however. Roughly how many slides does one CD hold if scanned at the highest quality? The second highest quality? If I have room on the CD you already sent me, can I return it to you with my next batch of slides so you can add as many as possible to filll that CD? In that case, will the numbering of the new images pick-up where the number of the old images left off? Again thanks. You are SUPER!

We received our pictures from slides and just wanted to tell you how pleased we are. We used slides because they were all we could afford and we rarely had prints made during the first two years of our marriage. These pictures would have been lost to our daughter and granddaughter and they are really the only pictures we had of this early time in our life as a family. We can't wait to dig out the remaining batch and get them off to you. We will definitely recommend you to our family and scrapbooking friends. Thanks again

thanks for the extraordinarily professional job you all did to make this happen. The DVDs are beautiful!! you'll need to send a box of kleenex because there won't be a dry eye in the house. On the DVD, I couldn't find your viewing program. is it justy on the CDs? best regards - our next project will be scanning some of the paper photos in the future (no deadline) thanks again for all your efforts

Of the seven discs, six of them went to our children. Five of them have played it and tell us that it was so good that they didn't want it to end. They wondered how you were able to fit the music to the appropriate scene and also zoom in and out to make it appear to be a movie. They loved it which is what we were hoping for. Our one son has been working out of town and we haven't heard how his disc is yet. You did a great job, Scott. The music was great. It was amazing that when you zoomed in to a group, you zoomed to our child! Also, we have movie reels of the children taken at the same time. Some we put together without music and later found another couple of hundred feet that we didn't put in. What do you think you could do about bringing those movie reels to life like the slides? One of the problems would be we have no projector to view them so we can put them in order for you. We have all the original film.

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the slides scans. They are much better than we had hoped for. Thank you for a job well done! I've given your company information to other members of the department who may contact you. The booklet with the thumbmails is quite useful in helping to organize the slides and I'd like to have another copy. Is it possible to get another copy? Please let me know the cost.
