Welcome to The Dig Picture. A blog about, well, us!
There are many well established blogs about photography so we thought we'd spend these pages describing the experiences of a dotcom in a global economy. DigMyPics Free Uploads to Picasa

Here is a guide to help you download your scanned images using Picasa Web Albums.

When your order is complete, review your images online and delete the scans you don't want (Up to 35%) with 'Don't Want, Don't Pay'.

After you pay, enter your Google Account or sign up for a FREE Google Account and we will start the upload process to Picasa Web Albums.

The upload time will vary depending on how many images you have and all images will be in JPEG format.

While you wait for your images to upload you can download Picasa 3 Photo viewing software.

Once all your images have been uploaded to Picasa Web Albums you can start sharing the pictures with friends and family or post them to your blog using the Web Albums.

Picasa also lets you select a picture or pictures to upload to a variety of printing companies, including Walgreens, CVS, Snapfish, Shutterfly, Zazzle, Ritzpix and more.

Open the Picasa software on your computer and then click the link in the top right corner "Sign In to Web Albums" using your google login.

Once you are signed in click "Web Albums" in the top right of Picasa to access your images online. When you click on an album the images inside will appear and you can click "Download to Picasa."

You will start to see the online images show up in your Picasa software as they are being copied to your computer.

Smile!
