I was desperate. Having spent months whittling down the hundreds of slides taken during my Air Force tour, I now had just two weeks before the squadron reunion where I wanted to distribute a DVD with the best of the pictures. None of the local slide conversion services could handle the job on such short notice. Digmypics' website looked like they might be able to but I had no previous experience with their quality and speed. Am I glad that I decided to give them a try! The resulting DVD captured the images beautifully and the staff fielded my questions and concerns with impressive professionalism. They not only rushed the job through on time but also added the Air Force song and other patriotic music, synchronizing the last note of the last song perfectly with the last image. My teammates were delighted to receive the collection that brought back so many 50-year-old memories with vivid clarity. Our thanks to everyone at Digmypics who made this wonderful gift possible!

I was very impressed with the whole process. My images came back better than the originals and much better than I was expecting. Customer service was also wonderful. For example, when I forgot I'd asked for a Mac format and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work in my husband's Windows computer, they responded to my email the very next morning!

I found the staff at the facility to be extremely helpful, courteous, and patient! I had never had such services performed before and thus, had numerous questions, etc. They were always willing to assist me and provide me with responses regarding my concerns. I was going to wait until they arrived, but no need. I viewed my film (and downloaded) on line and they turned out terrific. While I could not place some of the subjects, there was a wonderful film of my Great-grandmother and my grand parents which I would have never seen had it not been for your great work. I will be searching for more film to submit for processing. Meanwhile I will be contacting my cousins, who are on the film, to see if we can figure out the other locations/events in the films. Just completed my second old slides scan project. First involved roughly 2000 slides, the second was 1180 slides including some non-standard sizes and resolution requirements. DigMyPics handled both projects very well with care and precision and in a timely fashion considering the numbers of slides involved. Received the original slides back and downloaded the digital files with no problem. Their website ordering process is very easy to navigate and the phone support was excellent. I highly recommend their service.

This was a great experience for me and you made it so easy!! Long forgotten memories of times with family and friends are coming back as I review the pictures you produced from my old slides. I plan to share copies of my them during Christmas with my sister, her four children and my two children. I’m sure our grandchildren will have a great time seeing their parents when they were 0 to 12 years of age. Thanks again!

I sent in my mother and father's-in-law 70 year old wedding album to have digitized. Digmypics took excellent care of the album and sent it back in better packaging than I had originally used. The previewing process was reassuring as I was able to view everything they were doing. I sent in approximately 200 prints - which they also sent back in better packaging than what I had sent to them. Everything went very smoothly and they kept in close contact with me until the process was complete and I had my photos back. Then they followed up to be certain I had received my hard copies in the mail. The products I chose were the thumb drive and disk - along with the thumbnail index. I have already recommended this service to friends and family.
